We had a pretty seamless experience buying our new Sienna from Tim at Brewer Toyota. He kept us up to date on delivery timelines and gave us all of the information we needed. Very friendly place, and the kids playroom was a nice bonus for keeping our kid entertained.
And we LOVE the van!

David and Donnie were both extremely professional, transparent, and helpful throughout my Tacoma purchase. My situation was a little more complicated than a typical transaction, and they stayed patient, consistent, and communicative from start to finish. They did a great job keeping everything coordinated as we worked toward closing the deal. Ihor in finance was also excellent; knowledgeable, honest, and very easy to work with. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely return when it’s time to purchase my wife’s next vehicle.
I had a great experience at Brewer Toyota. David Cappetta was my sales guy and outstanding, and Ihor the Finance guy was also great. I purchased my car from out of state and the communication was very good and when I got there, everything was ready to go and the process was smooth. I recommend Brewer Toyota, David, and Ihor. Great experience. Thanks
If I could give this place a zero I would, if you don't want to read it all - they basically sent me on a *too good to be true* wild goose chase and tried to placate me with an expired coupon.
This place sent me a random letter saying they would "offer me top dollar" for my vehicle and "upgrade me into a newer vehicle" so long as I make the trade within 4 days. I assume this is a scam so I go to their website since I received the letter Saturday night so I ask the AI they have on their website, it says it's probably not a scam. I'm still suspicious so I wait til they open on Monday I shoot them a proper call the guy who picks up says "ehhh maybe." I try again this time I call the rep that sent me the letter, I get his assistant - she says my name sounds familiar and she could set up an appointment at 4 because that's when I get off work, I change from "this is a scam," to "wow maybe this is a good opportunity to at least maybe get a better car for a decent price." I travel 1 hour through rush hour traffic I get there and the guy Sam has already left for the day because they couldn't shoot me a message that 4:00 actually didn't work for him. Instead I work with another guy, he was very polite, BUT all he offered me was a basic trade in... There was no special upgrade deal, no top dollar offer. The offer I got was if I were to ball park the value of my car without going over *but maybe less* pending further inspection. WHY THE HECK did not one person say they just wanted to do a basic trade in I could've done that at my local Toyota store. I was also promised a $40 gift card - I get it, it must be used for services only nothing over the counter, it expires in a week and a half. Never before have I been so insulted by a business *gosh I'm sorry you got bamboozled by my tricky wording and ended up having to drive what in the end was 2 hours, I really hope you need service work and can fit in their schedule within the short time offered*. I would rather be carless then buy anything from this joint, please take your money anywhere else.
I have a 2024 Capstone Tundra. I brought it in 8/2026 to get a recall handled and my tires rotated. They told me they couldn't rotate my tires because I need a special key for my lug nuts. This is a Toyota dealership working on a Toyota. They told me they looked in my truck and couldn't find it. I was told I needed to order one and to first look on my paperwork to find a code to order the proper one. I got home, found it in a black bag right in my glove box. Where they told me they looked. This isn't my first issue with this dealership. I took it for an oil change last month, scheduled appointment, three hours later they still did not have my truck in a bay to be worked on. I have had three Tundra's. Excellent vehicle, great product! This dealership, worst service center I have ever dealt with. They sell $100k trucks but can't rotate the tires.
