  The enterprise team saved the day! I missed my flight and had to extend my rental car (as well as change it a one-way rental, to be dropped off 400 miles away), and everyone I spoke with (including the man that came to the airport to get my old key out of the lockbox, who came in early and actually is the ONLY reason I was able to make it to my daughter’s graduation) cared so much about me. On the heels of a horrible experience with the airline, the whole Enterprise team made it a priority to get me to my daughter’s graduation. Because of the excellent customer service and genuine care for me, I will ONLY look at Enterprise from now on. You’ve made a customer for life!

  I’ve been calling around to get quotes and normally spend only a few moments to get the information. This guy who answered is not very capable of communicating well. I just wanted to know what large size vehicle was available and at what price. He kept asking other questions’ what time are you coming in tomorrow?’ I said I’m not coming in unless I know what vehicle you have and what the cost is. I then asked to speak to his manager more than 5 times before he put me in hold for SEVERAL minutes and the manager answered. What a communication headache. I told the manager they ought to have a staff member with adequate communication skills. He was nice enough, just not up to the task.

  The manager was very rude today. Told me that only 1 car was available. When I had a reservation for a luxury car. He told the gentleman helping me that I could only have the car that he picked. So I had to reschedule. Very rude at this location. I have a brand new 2020 car that I have a claim out on, so I expect to at least get something as nice as my car or better. Not a downgrade. Even the gentleman helping me said he wouldn't want the car they were going to rent to me today. This is not the 1st time I have rented a car here and I always pay extra to get a car that I would like. Very piss poor attitude he had today.

  I called several times and never was able to reach anyone at this facility over the phone. I left about 3 messages over the course of 2 days of my trip and never were my messages returned. The lady who served our rental to us was nice. She gave us a bigger car because we had two kids and I didnt realized how small the car was. Down side was that the car smelled very strongly of cigarettes which we aren't used to in Indiana. Smoking has been outlawed in most public places for several years including bars. I realize this is not something that can always be controlled in other areas but it is just not something we are used to or thought to expect. They did call me to let me know that they no longer offer booster seats and car seats so we had to bring one on the 4 planes and exchanges with us which was not fun in the airports. I did appreciate knowing ahead of time though that they did not offer them anymore to their customers so we were prepared.
