The lady working, the counter is kind and fantastic
I also met the manager who came out and took his time and explaining everything to me.
I definitely felt valued and appreciated

Mavis tire repaired our tire so quickly! They have amazing customer service. We came in with a nail in our tire which was rapidly deflating and they fixed it right away. Highly recommend!!

I had a bubble in my tire. I was hesitant on going to Mavis due to friends negative experiences at OTHER Mavis locations locally. Finding and ordering a tire online was easy, as well as setting an appointment. I called and asked what the normal wait time was with an appointment, as I have a very sick dog that I can't leave alone for very long. I showed up at my appointment and car was taken right in. In 15-20 minutes, my car was done and parked out front. WHAT? Amazing! The staff remembered my call earlier re appt times and was very cognizant of my need to get home. The entire staff was very nice. I'm now a customer for life! THIS is a great Mavis location!

I dropped my car off around 9:20 am in order to get my tire patched as a screw had pierced the tread of one of my tires. Chris assisted me. She told me that they'd get right on it. Within an hour, my tire was patched up and it was ready for pick-up. When I picked it up, Chris again checked me out. She provided some valuable insight about the tires and even gave me the service for free! I've been a customer of Mav's for awhile now, but the service i experienced today tops it all! I'll be back! Some acts of kindness stay with you long after the moment has passed—and my experience at Mavis is one I will never forget.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience at Mavis. I came in because I had a nail in my tire, and while I was there, I asked if they could also help me with my license plate, which had been hanging off and giving me trouble. They took care of both for me—and didn’t charge me anything.
What they didn’t know is that I’m currently out of work and going through an incredibly difficult time financially and personally. Right now, every unexpected expense matters, and even something as simple as needing a tire repaired can become another thing to worry about when you’re already struggling.
When I realized they weren’t going to charge me, I actually cried.
They had no idea what was going on in my life. I didn’t tell them my situation or ask for special treatment. They simply chose to help me. What may have seemed like a small gesture to them meant more to me than they could possibly have known.
There are times in life when you’re barely keeping your head above water, and then someone shows you a little unexpected kindness. It doesn’t fix everything you’re going through, but for a moment, it reminds you that there are still good people in the world.
