Scheduled an appointment for 12:30 PM and arrived at 12:25 PM. The employee at the front desk asked for my name and then told me they weren’t ready for me and to come back at 1:00 PM. The interaction felt very unprofessional, there was little communication, no explanation, and almost no eye contact. I returned at 12:57 PM, waited until shortly after 1:00 PM to check in, and then waited at the shop for about 20 minutes for my dad to pick me up. During that entire time, my car still hadn’t moved from the parking lot. Since I drive a Tesla, I was able to monitor when the vehicle was actually started, and it wasn’t touched for roughly 3.5 hours after I left. About an hour later, I received a call informing me they found a nail in my tire but wouldn’t repair it because they claimed the tire wouldn’t pass inspection due to low tread. Instead, I was told I should replace two tires at approximately $285 each. This made no sense. The vehicle is a 2025 with only 16,000 miles, and the tire with the nail is only about six months old. The tread is completely fine, so I have a hard time believing it suddenly failed inspection. It felt more like an attempt to sell me two new tires than to fix the issue I actually came in for.
To make matters even more uncomfortable, when I picked up my car I noticed the navigation system had my home address entered as the active destination. I don’t understand why my home address was entered into the GPS, as there was no reason for anyone servicing my vehicle to input it. While there may be an explanation, it was unexpected and made me feel uncomfortable. I rarely leave negative reviews, but between the poor communication, not honoring my appointment time, the excessive delays before my vehicle was even looked at, the recommendation to replace two tires that appear to have perfectly good tread, and the unsettling GPS incident, I left extremely disappointed with my experience.

Went to Montgomeryville store for a tire service last Sunday and waited there 10 more minutes until the store manager showed up. Then I got blamed for arriving late and was told that my appointment had just passed. I told him what I was going to do but got blamed once again and was told it was not what I had scheduled for (I remembered you said my appointment had passed why did you care about it?). I explained that their website doesn’t provide that exact service category when setting up an appointment, so I chose the closest one. Moments later, I was told that they CANNOT lift my car, so they couldn’t do anything. What a beautiful excuse. But I was happy to leave the store that filled with strange atmosphere. The second day I went to Firestone and got everything done in one hour.
BTW, I’ve visited the East Norriton store couple times, and it was much better.
