From the reviews below, you will see Craig (the store manager) is amazing. I would like to second that opinion! Yesterday stopped by AutoZone due to my headlight being out. I was hopeful someone would be able to assist and I was right. Craig was on the job without hesitation. My car proved to be rather difficult, but Craig did not stray from the task. I appreciate all the workers at this location - their hospitality and customer service skills do not go unnoticed. Thank you!!!

Hi, I was at autozone Auto parts yesterday and had the nicest, most helpful person. His name if Paul the carman. He was so pleasant and came out to my car and helped me take in a battery to recycle.
It was too heavy for me and he was more than happy to help.
Such a nice, kind man. Auto Zone is lucky to have him.!!

I AM A DINOSAUR AND DO NOT USE THE COMPUTER, NOR WRITE REVIEWS, HOWEVER ,THIS WAS AN EXCEPTION TO THE RULE!!!! OUR BIBLE STATES GIVE HONOR AND TRIBUTE TO WHOM IT IS DUE. SOOOO, DEAR SIR, MY HUSBAND AND I SALUTE YOU, AND TELLING THE WORLD ABOUT YOU AND THOSE WHO DILIGENTLY SERVE THE PUBLIC WITH YOU. I OBSERVED THE "PERSONAL ATTENTION" GIVEN TO EVERYONE WHO HAD A "SOS VEHICLE CIRCUMSTANCE" ON 10/03/26. YOU GUYS TREATED EVERYONE EQUALLY. Car battery died , and needed one installed ASAP. Called over to the store and Craig told me to come right away and took care of everything very fast and very efficiently and was happy to help. The service at this location is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thanks again Craig!

Wow, wow wow… I just wanted to say that The Store Manager and I believe assistant manager, we’re just exceptional….. just truly exceptional….. You can tell the Store Manager trained his employees well, and Really upholds the value of the company………. So I called and explained how I had some items without a receipt, and that I wanted to Return those items and use the refund to purchase other items.
The assistant manager named Russ was really Welcoming and Supportive on the phone. Then when I got there, I explained the phone call to the Store Manager, whose name I can’t remember, but I saw his name badge And it said Store Manager and he took charge of helping me….
He was great, he handled himself perfectly. Even when 3 or 4 things were being loaded onto him at the same time.
When it got stressful and tough and Overwhelming, He just responded and adapted sooooo well to the environment he was in. Total control this guy.
He was just bouncing off verbal answers and just hitting different computers and operating functions like a machine.
Not only did he help me with my return….
but he was able to look up products per my vehicle….. then take me to the product…….. then advise an item to help me install the product…. Like… Yo dude, you really know what you’re doing!
This guy was great! I wish I paid attention to his name, because I am putting him in for a raise!
Autozone corporate, reach out to me please!!!!….
This type of person is who you want running your stores…..
