  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service! Otis and Rhe, the manager, were very friendly, professional, and helpful. Great experience at Mr. Tire. Highly recommended!This Saturday I went for fix emergency under the car plastic came out. I was traveling Pittsburg to new York. Then I said emergency. They fix it and even they didn't charge. What a nice humanity.

  The attention was bad, the person in charge is a white man who complains about everything that they do not pay him for his work... and they make you pay extra.

  Untrustworthy. Unfortunate experience. No longer trust this business. Came in for issues with the car jerking forward constantly. After 2 separate visits and $2,140 the problem was corrected. We asked the mechanic who worked on our car during both visits if the repairs would be worth it as we were concerned additional issues would arise when coming back next month for an inspection. Mechanic informed us the car was in great shape and the repairs were worth it and he would do and pass the inspection today if he could. Fast forward to next month and that mechanic no longer works there and a new technician/mechanic says there is substantial rust and isn’t sure why the last person didn’t see it but we wouldn’t pass inspection unless we had additional repairs done. I filed a complaint with corporate and it took 3 weeks and multiple follow up’s to call me back. The district manager was very dismissive, said that it was our fault for not understanding how the inspection process works, and hung up on me when I was attempting to convey my frustrations. I urge customers to go elsewhere.

  I came in to have my tires, that I purchased there, rotated. It took 1.5 hours start to finish including a smoke break and other breaks by the tech. When I asked the write up person if the tires could be put on, she said that they could not be put on until after she discussed the recommendations for service. There were several recommendations that were not part of the check by the tech. She said that if I didn't have the work done, this would be reported to Carfax. I am aware that Carfax doesn't report rejected suggestions. Most of the suggested work was unnecessary and had been performed. I have used this shop from time to time for many years, including tires and my state inspection in May. I'm not certain that I will return again, even for the free service.
