  I came in to have my tires, that I purchased there, rotated. It took 1.5 hours start to finish including a smoke break and other breaks by the tech. When I asked the write up person if the tires could be put on, she said that they could not be put on until after she discussed the recommendations for service. There were several recommendations that were not part of the check by the tech. She said that if I didn't have the work done, this would be reported to Carfax. I am aware that Carfax doesn't report rejected suggestions. Most of the suggested work was unnecessary and had been performed. I have used this shop from time to time for many years, including tires and my state inspection in May. I'm not certain that I will return again, even for the free service.

  This was a horrible experience. They attempted to scam me. They knew I was out of state and desperate and marked me for an easy scam job. I came in because I had a slow leak from something in my tire. They told me they could not patch my tire because (even though only 3 years old and checked at my oil change 3 weeks ago) they claimed my tires were so dry rotted it was beyond repair and that I would need 4 new tires on the spot. After having them put my leaking tire back on, I drove to Firestone Tire where they patched the tire and then I drove all the way from PA to MI with no issues.

  What’s quoted for work that needed to be done and I approved it over the phone. Apparently they were going to change my brakes and I’ve been driving around for two days and they are now squeaking like crazy When they didn’t do that before. I also have very expensive equipment in the back of my truck that I drive with for 40,000 miles a year with no problems. I opened up my tailgate after getting my truck back and a piece of the equipment is damaged and everything looked as though they went offloading with my truck or put it in reverse and drove 30 miles an hour and then slammed on the brakes. Absolutely unprofessional.

  They got my back up and running when the entire electrical system failed all due to a missing or broken ground wire.

  I got my AC recharged. They did a great job although the final price was $200 over the original quote. I wasn't too upset about it because AC is definitely important on a hot day. I was overall surprised at the cleanliness of the bathroom and store presentation for it being a auto shop. Good job guys. I would return on the circumstances that the price is more transparent and that I get a printed invoice next time. Their printer was down....
