I went here for a state inspection. My tires, windshield wipers, and oil service had all been taken care of recently at another shop. However, they told me they found an issue with the engine and gave me a bill of nearly $1,000. At the time, I wasn’t sure whether the repair was really necessary, but I trusted their assessment and paid for it. The very next day, I brought my wife’s SUV, which has only about 30,000 miles on it, to the same place for its state inspection. Once again, they came back with a long list of problems and nearly another $1,000 in repairs that they said were needed to pass inspection. What really raised a red flag for me was when they claimed the windshield wipers were defective. I had personally replaced those wipers only two months earlier, and they were working perfectly fine. At that point, I questioned the recommended repairs and declined to have the work done, so the vehicle failed their inspection. The next day, I took the exact same vehicle to another inspection station. It passed the state inspection with zero issues and without needing any repairs. I can’t speak to every repair they recommended, but based on my experience with two vehicles on two consecutive days, I would strongly suggest getting a second opinion before approving expensive repairs here, especially when they are presented as necessary to pass a state inspection.

Actually no stars. I showed up at 4:30 for a check engine light. Was told the guy who knows how to use a scanner was gone for the day and they couldn't do it. Try the location down the street or reschedule. Guess the guys at the front desk were the janitors. Why do you work there if your not a certified mechanic.

The attention was bad, the person in charge is a white man who complains about everything that they do not pay him for his work... and they make you pay extra.
