  Last Saturday we dropped my daughter's car off at 10:00 for her scheduled appointment to get her car inspected. When she called at 4:00, it hadn't even gotten into the shop yet. She was asked when she needed it, she said 4:00. She had other commitments. No call saying it would be late. She picked her car up and left. Why have appointments then? Yesterday, I made an online appointment to get my car inspected only to receive a call at 7:00 this morning saying they would be canceling my appointment because it was scheduled too late in the day. Again, why have appointments? We have been using this Monroe location for DECADES. I've even referred several friends and family members to them. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is prior good experiences. I don't know if they have new management or maybe are short-staffed, but I doubt any of us will be back. Too bad. Its a convenient location.

  Very poor quality of work. I trusted this shop in mid July to replace my rear brakes. The driver's side rear brake was replaced, while the passenger side was either not, or was badly replaced. The brake pad was gone due to heat, the rotor was seared, the piston was exposed, and the caliper was fused. Smoke was pouring out of my right wheel well, and I nearly got into an accident. When I took the car back, the manager denied responsibility and only said I needed a new caliper. When I contested the amount for a new caliper (over $400), given the negligence involved, the manager said she would have the car reassembled and put outside. Do not trust them with your car.

  If I could give 0 starts I would. Dropped off vehicle at 730 am. Told them it definitely needed brakes.informed Anne that I had other appointments later in day, would it be done bt noon. She assured me that wouldn't be a problem. Well at noon , it wasn't even close to done. When I made the appointment they sold me a oil change and tire rotation for 50 dollars. Charges 87 for oil change and never rotated the tires. Total rip off /lying shop. Next day went to Jeff's in murraysville. Inspection, tire rotation, brakes all done by 10am. WITH NO APPOINTMENTS!!!.

  My car needed an alignment. I had an appointment on August 19 at 12:30 PM for a free wheel alignment check. I wanted the alignment checked first and, if it was found to be out of alignment, I would then authorize the alignment service. I clearly explained this when I made the appointment and again when I arrived at the shop. They took my car inside and placed it on the alignment platform. Since the door was open, I could see the car, but I did not see any alignment equipment being attached to it. I waited for almost an hour before the manager told me that the mechanic had checked my car and determined that it needed an alignment because it was pulling to the right. She then asked whether I wanted to authorize the alignment. When I asked her how the mechanic had checked the alignment without using any alignment equipment, she quickly walked away and went inside. Since I had already spent almost two hours there, I decided to proceed with the alignment. Only then mechanic attach the alignment equipment to the car and begin the actual alignment procedure. After the work was completed, I asked for the alignment report, which should show the measurements before and after the alignment and identify any adjustments that were made. However, the manager did not provide me with a report and simply claimed that the machine had frozen. This raised serious concerns for me because I believe I was told that the mechanic had checked my car and determined that it needed an alignment because it was pulling to the right, even though I did not see the proper equipment being used. I am concerned that the shop may have misrepresented the inspection and induced me to authorize and pay for the alignment service. After I paid, I was also not provided with documentation showing the results of the work.
