  I had to use a rental for 3 months. In those three months I have experienced the most amazing customer service I’ve ever received. Every employee I interacted with went above and beyond for me. They were kind and patient. Honestly the Mall blvd staff should get raises or at least a steak dinner. I am so impressed by every single person there, even when busy, the professionalism was top tier.

  I rented a convertible car 3 weeks out from Father’s Day as a gift. Confirmed the rental at 9am before picking up at 11am. Arrived at the office only to be told “all the convertibles were sent to the airport.” I was then told they couldn’t reach me to inform me because they didn’t have my phone or email, despite both being clearly listed on the multiple confirmation emails I’d been sent. I’m now waiting to see if anything can be done to rectify the situation. Renter beware— if you really need a car, don’t count on one being there for you even if you have a confirmed reservation.

  Enterprise is a solid company and i love using this location. Staff here are so chill, informed, accommodating and easy to work with. Everyone rocks. Branch manager Ellie is the absolute best.

  Monroeville location took me for $1045. I explicitly said my rental needs to be within coverage from a hit and run accident - be within the Erie insurance covered amount. My hit and run fix was going to take a couple weeks. First called Erie Verona (those guys are great) then called Monroeville. She found a vehicle April 2 she said would work within the amount and enterprise guy met me at ARS automotive (Melissa and team there were terrific). guy showed up in a Genesis gv80 he also confirmed this will “work.” A month later I returned to ARS picked up my suv, after hand washing the outside and inside of the Genesis (really dirty on the inside, Chapstick $.34 a comb and a pencil under the seats ) Called enterprise to let know car was ready be picked up at ARS. Woman thanked me. Called days later since hadn’t received confirmation or receipt. Spoke w/ Emily who said car is getting oil change and they’d call when it’s back and they close out my rental. Never called. Called again at end of the week and car was still not back. Emily said not to worry she’d call and let me know when receive car back. Never called. I learned from my cc statement enterprise billed me $1045. When spoke with manager Jake he read notes his agent typed in their system not true. Customer has no ground to stand on. She said she would make it work. My car was scheduled to be dropped off at the repair shop and they gave me an SUV that was double with my insurance would cover. To this date when I’ve spoken to Jake 🚲 and asked for a receipt, he simply replied “you should’ve received one“ I said that’s not an answer. Can’t you resend it? He repeated “you should’ve received one“ if that’s the talent that enterprise hires reconsider renting from them. Enterprise rented me a vehicle that was 2x the cost my claim would cover and billed me for it without telling me or giving a receipt, never called to close out the rental. Happy I survived a run in with a tractor trailer. Grateful my car was fixed Upset and robbed by Jake, Emily and enterprise Monroeville. They’ve betrayed the trust I’ve had in Enterprise.
