I dealt with the Enterprise reps stationed inside the Body by Cochran building and they were fantastic! Spent time to make sure I got the vehicle I needed to cover the one that was being repaired and also made sure I didn't have to pay out-of-pocket which was great! The car they gave me was clean and drove great! Again, thanks for taking the time to make sure I had what I needed! Shoutout to Jeff!

They handled everything with my insurance company, including picking me up from the shop which did the work on my car. They picked me up in a Mercedes SUV, but were able to give me something smaller when I asked for it. I didn't have to worry about a thing.

I have been a regular Enterprise customer for approximately eight years and rent vehicles frequently for business travel. Unfortunately, after repeated issues over the years, I feel it is time to share my experience. Most recently, I had a vehicle reserved for an upcoming trip and completed the check-in process through the Enterprise app. I was contacted at 5:48pm the day before my trip and told that no vehicle would be available. This is not the first time this has happened. I reported this incident to Enterprise Customer Service yesterday and specifically requested that it be escalated. As of today, I have received no response or assistance from that escalation. Once again, I am left solving the problem myself. I am now using my personal vehicle to make my scheduled trip because Enterprise was unable to fulfill the reservation. That is ultimately my biggest frustration. When I travel, I have meetings, hotels and schedules built around having transportation available when promised. When Enterprise cannot provide a reserved vehicle, their operational problem becomes my problem to solve—usually at the last minute. A customer should not have to repeatedly bail out a rental company in order to keep their own commitments. Unfortunately, availability is not the only recurring issue I have experienced. I have been presented with vehicles that smelled strongly of marijuana and, after refusing them, was told there were no other vehicles available. On another occasion, I refused a vehicle because the tire tread appeared to be approximately 2–3/32". I work professionally in equipment and safety management and deal with vehicle and equipment safety regularly, so tire condition is something I take seriously. There have also been numerous smaller but recurring issues: vehicles that are not properly cleaned and fuel tanks that are not full when I receive them, even though I consistently return vehicles clean and with a full tank. Any company can occasionally have an availability problem or a vehicle that does not meet expectations. My concern is the pattern. After approximately eight years as a frequent customer, I am not expecting perfection. I expect a reserved vehicle to be available, reasonably clean, properly fueled, free of objectionable odors and in a condition that I am comfortable driving. Enterprise has received a considerable amount of my business over the years, which is why this is particularly disappointing. I have continued using Enterprise despite previous problems because I valued the relationship and expected the occasional issue to be addressed. At this point, however, repeated reservation failures combined with a lack of response when an issue is escalated are making it increasingly difficult to justify that loyalty. I would much rather see Enterprise address these recurring issues than have to find another rental company simply because I can no longer depend on a reservation being honored or on Enterprise helping when it isn't.

tons of cars that are unavailable, what is available is a bunch of useless people, if they choose to answer the phone.
