  Enterprise the way to go to get you in and out in a hurry very luxury cars to choose from especially you make your reservations you are good to go with Enterprise

  I am disappointed in the company, they stole my two expensive sunglasses, which were Oakley and Ray Bans. They were not given to the lost and found and I believe that they were instead stolen by the employees, which I dont appreciate. The sunglasses were left in my rental car, and never to be returned, because they were stolen by the emplyees.

  Excellent The Manager Jeff at enterprise . Very informative very patient and most definitely very helpful. I will be going back to the Murrysville office when I I am in the market for a rental again.

  Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I’ve been calling for days, and every single time they pick up just to put me on hold with no actual help. Completely unacceptable and a waste of time.

  My tire popped going up the hill on 22 toward this Enterprise on my way to an important health appointment in the city I'd been trying for months to get. Luckily I'd left early in case there was an accident or traffic. The lovely team here helped me out in my hour of need! I called a tow for my car and Bryce was so calming and helpful in the face of my frazzled state. Bryce got me on my way in a nice rental vehicle at a reasonable price in such an efficient space of time that I made it to my appointment! So grateful for the kindness of the staff here, they made my day. The drop off process today was efficient, also. Would rent here again!
