  Blew a camper tire a mile from their shop. They had my spare on and me back on the road in 20 minutes. Dropped my camper off at their shop on my way home from camping, they had a new set of tires to their shop and on my camper in a day. Highly recommend.

  A shinning light to an otherwise disastrous day. We hit something on our trip on Interstate 80 to find our car didn’t have spare. The AAA dispatcher was not helpful in our time of need except they dispatched Taylor’s and that is where everything turned the corner. They asked us where we wanted towed we don’t know we are passing through. How many people 3 and a dog… well the truck only has room for 2. We received a call from our driver “we can tow you to our shop, can you read the tire size and I can have it ordered before we arrive and get you in your way. I can be there for 30 mins because I need a bigger truck but I’ll get there as soon as I can”. We’ve been down this road before and then get over charged for service. Pull in on the truck and it’s a beautiful garage, super clean waiting room and bathroom and the friendliest people. Tire came soon after and the other tire was already removed and rim ready to go. Checkout was immediate and the price was great. I wish we lived closer, this shop would get my money and we would life long customers. Highly recommend!

  We were passing thru and had our alternator fail. Taylor's people were courteous, did what they said they were going to do, and even helped us find alternative transportation until our vehicle could be fixed. 5 star customer service and quality of work, but 4 stars on price.

  This is the short form..I hesitated posting this… but now I think a warning is due. This occurred last summer. Brought my car for inspection and oil change at Milton shop. I had to work on the car before the inspection could get done; it was moved back to the parking area. I took the keys with me and left to get some things from home to go back to the car. While at home I received a call that the oil change was completed! Impossible since it was in the parking lot and I had the keys… I took my car elsewhere. Beware.
