  Raymond N was very helpful. We asked for help and he stopped what he was doing to help us. Raymond spent time walking back and forth, looking up items in the computer, and trying to figure out what would work for the part we needed. Raymond really went the extra mile. We greatly appreciate the time he took to help us out.

  I go to this place all the time and I am finally writing a review. Every time I go, no matter which employee helps me they are always the nicest most helpful people you could hope for. I know nothing about cars and they are always patient and explain things to me. Shakyra S. helped me tonight and I could not be happier.

  Yesterday I stopped by to get some parts to do brakes. A man named Jordan saw me coming and opened the door and realized I was returning used oil and took it from me and thanked me for it even before I got in the store. Wild, right?! It gets better because he asked what car I was going to be working on and I told him it was a 08 Town and Country and I wanted rotors and brakes for the front. Other than confirming the engine size he didn't ask me silly questions like is that Chrysler or Chevrolet or whatever that I've heard at other places before. He not only got the right parts but he alerted me to a deal that I would qualify for that saved me money and got me better parts. I swear I'm not making this up but he then insisted on carrying the parts out to the car because they were heavy and, to be fair, they were. I also managed to break a lug nut in the process and went back a second time. I'm used to helpful friendly people at the store already, but the girl who was also around earlier in the day when Jordan was so helpful made it a really great friendly enthusiastic and helpful process of getting the lug nut I needed cheaply and correctly. I'm so glad I come here instead of the place down the road where I used to go and which was "acceptable". I think the first time I came it was because I noticed the price was lower here. I truly recommend this location in particular because the staff has always been super helpful, they almost seemed to be going overboard lately!
