  I had a great experience at Mavis Discount Tire! I came in with a tire issue expecting a costly repair, but the staff was incredibly helpful and fixed my tire for free. Everyone was professional, honest, and friendly from start to finish. A big thank you to Danielle for being so nice and understanding about everything! I’ll absolutely be coming back for future tire and car service needs. Highly recommend!

  This shop was an absolute joy to work with! They completely saved what I thought might have costed me more than the car was worth, and I didn't have to eat ramen for the month. Danielle up front was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process!

  Went to mavis for my inspection and they were quick and easy. The staff was friendly, efficient. They explained what was needed and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free process.

  Don't go to this or any Mavis out in PA. Moved out here from Chicago and from the sounds of it, I got took for $1700 roughly for what was supposed to be a wheel alignment. Trust me when I say I am a very patient person, but these people took my kindness for a fool. It went from getting a wheel alignment, to having my control arms and front struts replaced because they were "bad". Mind you, they had no I had both things replaced less than a year before moving out to PA for work. After going to the Mavis in Milford, PA 3 times, my truck still isn't aligned and turned out the clunking sound I heard was that the tie rod ends are worn. You'd think they noticed it was time to replace it since they claimed the control arms and struts were bad, but nope. They completely missed it. The technician claimed it was my breaks making the sound so I tested his theory and he was definitely wrong. The breaks were not even 1/3rd worn and still made the sound. Replaced the tie rod myself and noise is gone. Definitely calling the BBB and reporting them. What a shame that they not only lied about what the issue was, but are lying to everyone else who comes through there. I wouldn't even recommend getting tires from that place. Who knows what story they'll come up with jusr to rip people off. They're not special trained to work on cars. They're trained to scam customers and break their bank.
