  The counter attendant was a joy to work with. Rental car was very nice. Returning was easy.

  I was told when I got to the counter that there were no compact cars, but only SUVs available. I was a little nervous at first, but the representative assured me there would be no additional cost. She said she had a Jeep Wrangler available, which just so happens to be my dream Jeep! 😍 I was very pleased with my rental and the process overall. I’m not sure of names for the young lady at the counter or the attendant for drop off, but both women had great customer service, and I will definitely rent from Alamo again! 😁

  Wow, what a rip off car rental place. I rented a 4 door wrangler, showed up and they didn't have it so they gave me a durango instead claiming it was in the shop. guess what, it's not 4 wheel drive and my vacation was planned on driving on the beach. It gets worse, we were 2 hours late dropping the vehicle off and Alamo is trying to charge me $160 per hour it was late!!!! In addition they claimed that I had a violation in my travels and billed me an additional $125 which we have no record of nor any other correspondence from anyone about a violation. I rent vehicles all the time as I travel a lot and I've never had this bad of an experience with a rental car company. STAY AWAY from the ALAMO SCAM ARTISTS!!!
