  I had the opportunity to drive a hybrid car for the first time and that was a good experience. Unfortunately the car has a nasty urine smell out family had to put up with for a whole week

  Called me 20 minutes before my rental to tell me they didn't have a vehicle to rent me in the class I rented, nor did they have any comparable vehicle that would meet my needs - late on a Friday when literally everywhere is getting ready to close. Obviously I was unhappy, but I didn't yell or otherwise act inappropriately for the circumstances. I expressed dissatisfaction I was only being called right before I was supposed to be there, only for Justin who is, supposedly and unbelievably, the branch manager to tell me this call to let me know they had nothing for me was merely a COURTESY and he could have just waited until I showed up to tell me. No offer to call other branches to help me find something when I had MAYBE 45 minutes to get into something AT BEST and get to somewhere else before they closed. Then he tells me not to rent there again and hangs up on me. Absolutely unbelievable. I have rented from Enterprise 5x so far this year. How this guy has a management position is beyond me. Absolutely unprofessional and I sure hope that call was recorded for upper management to review. This is also not the first time I had a negative experience at this location - including being made to wait for a vehicle for 30+ minutes because it was on a maintenance hold. Obviously when people rent things, it's because they have places to be. Edited to add: The suggestion of using the contact form, for what? To chat with an Ai agent? I already called and made a complaint and, unsurprisingly, no return phone call as promised from an area manager. Obviously corporate doesn't give a damn.

  I wish I could limit the horrible experiences with this company to one location but this is not the case. The most recent unacceptable experience happened this morning (Saturday July 25th). I had stopped by the Media, Pa branch to inquire about methods of deposit. The girl stated a $400 deposit is required, using a major credit card or debit card. No more information was given. I booked a reservation for a luxury vehicle for the morning of the date stated above. The same girl was working, I handed her my debit card for deposit, she said they only take major credit cards on luxury vehicles. I reminded her that I had stopped in the day before and she never mentioned a major credit card was needed for deposit on luxury vehicles. She condescendingly said I’m sorry you don’t have a major credit card. I responded, It’s always something when dealing with this company. Long story short she denied us the rental which was going to be used to take my 84 year-old mother to visit her daughter. After this experience and the previous horrible experience in Springfield, PA we will never use this company again and I will strongly recommend to friends and family that they do not use this company. The level of customer service is such that they think they’re the only game in town.

  Alyssa and Justin were very helpful and answered all of my questions regarding the rental. The staff was top notch. However the condition of the car I rented was pretty iffy. I’m not so sure this is a local branch issue as much as an enterprise issue.

  Curteous and quick service booked a rental the night before showed up half an hour early an was able to retrieve the veh almost immediately even with them having tablet issues to the point they had to print papers and have me sign them will definitely rent again from them have never had a bad experience with any enterprise they are very professional and I even got a free upgrade as my level rental was not available
