I stopped in and was told how everything worked and a week later my windshield was replaced. Safelite handled everything with my insurance and all staff were helpful and polite. I would highly recommend them.

I was quoted 50% less for my windshield replacement from over 5 different windshield repair shops. 2023 Genesis GV70. For context, Safelite quote me $991…. So wrap your brain around that. Repair with local vendors and get a warranty with them.
- HHHeidi HartsteinJun 4, 20262.0Very unhappy with the service I received. First, my privacy was invaded when the technician took everything out of my glove box to inspect the cabin air filter. They didn't ask if they could do this, and I went to have a window repair, what does the cabin air filter have to do with fixing my window? Just a money grab! Second, they were unable to fix the crack in my window and made it 20x worse. I now need to replace my whole front windshield and pay my full deductible instead of paying nothing to have a very small crack fixed. I also can't really drive my car since the large crack is right in front of my line of sight. If they didn't think they could fix it, they should have told me before trying. After making the crack worse, they assumed I would be having the car windshield replaced by them. Edit: The response received does not address the fact that my glove box was gone through without my permission. There was absolutely no reason that this should have been done except for greed by this business to charge me for something that has nothing to do with the service requested.
