  Great experience. Communication could not have been better and service lived up to their claims. Only place to get auto glass replaced.

  Dude was really good at his job he could've introduced himself and had a bit more positivity. The lady at the desk was nice but just on her phone and ignored me at first and I could tell it wasn't work related. Great service tho.

  While on my way to a very important ceremony, a truck rode through debris on the road and a rock struck my windshield, resulting in a crack approximately 1 inch in length. After a quick search I located a safelite location 2 miles away in Mechanicsbugh PA. Went to that location and the gentleman there walked me through the repair process after inspecting the damage. Scheduled me same day and the technician was very thorough and quick and further answered any questions I had. Great customer service and professionalism. I was extremely happy with their repair.

  If I would give them negative stars I would! Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the very beginning. My technician was scheduled to arrive between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Despite me mentioning twice that I needed to leave by 3:00 p.m. for an appointment, the technician did not arrive until after 2:00 p.m. I also received no communication regarding the delay. Instead, I had to call your company myself to find out what was happening. After the windshield was installed, I noticed two scratches on the new glass. Because of this, I was unable to transfer my registration stickers to the new windshield at my local body shop and had to keep the temporary registration on the old glass that was taped while waiting for the windshield to be replaced again. During that time, I discovered that part of the glass had not been taped correctly, leaving an exposed edge that scratched the interior of my dashboard. As a result, my vehicle now has a permanent scratch that was not there before the service. Overall, this experience involved poor communication, an initial installation that required a second windshield replacement, and damage to the interior of my vehicle. This is not the level of service I expected. I would have appreciated having this matter addressed for the damage to my vehicle. But nope! They told me they’re not going to help. NOT ONLY is your tech incompetent, but your accountability is ridiculous. I’m so disappointed.
