  Got a flat tire on Saturday evening, easily made an appointment online for Sunday morning, and was in/out in an hour. No nonsense, no trying to sell me anything I didn't want, just straight to the point and honest. Will definitely go back again!

  I went in for a scheduled appointment to have my tires replaced. He warned me they were short staffed so I wasn’t expecting to get in and out right away. However when I am sitting for 3 hours and the tires I scheduled to have put on my car sat in the bay untouched and others who walked in after me were in and out before me is far from acceptable. And to be told “well atleast you have new tires”. Wild. The story continues. I get in my car and my passenger rear tire is reading low psi. I walk back in to have them check it out and was told it’s a sensor. Now I am on leave due to just having a baby so I’m not driving much thankfully but there was infect a screw in my tire so here I sit pumping air in my tire to get anywhere when I do actually have to drive anywhere. So I call in to tell them the situation and am told I’m being rude when I ask if I come back will I have to wait even if I schedule as I have a new born at home and can not wait. When asked to speak to the manager the same guy who is on the phone and first introduced himself as an assistant manager says he is now the store manager and starts talking to me so disrespectful. I drive in to have my tire fixed so afraid to even step into the building but because that is where they were put on I did go back to them specifically. That same guy who I dealt with the day I had my tires replaced and the gentleman on the phone. I did all I could to thank them and tell them I appreciate them even though this was my experience and even after that i was still treated so disrespectful. I felt humiliated. After he took my keys and finished with the other two customers he went into the pay and can’t imagine him and the crew were bad mouthing me as they were laughing and looking my direction the entire time. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. So disappointed and will never use them again. Last, but at least I was charged two different charges for these tires.

  I trust this place and the manager Shawn is great. Thought I had problems with breaks they were honest checked everything out and didn't need any work done. This is incredible that you have a honest business NOT RIPPING YOU OFF!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

  Needed two tires for my sedan. I did not have an appointment and they were very helpful in fitting me in. Appreciated the manager calling to let me know the work was from finished and over an hour earlier then they originally provided. Thank You
