- YYYourAverageJoeAug 17, 20261.0Will no longer go here dave the new mechanic that came from mavis at mechanicsburg location in which was terminated for blowing up a customers engine at previous employment after being brought to my attention. This shop was my go to for years. No longer this last exp is why every consumer hates these kind of shops all working on flat rate. I took a vehicle in for all services but tech said he couldn't do allignment AKA Dave because I QUOTE HATES undercoating on bolts which was NEEDED to make rear camber ADJUSTMENTS but lied to his "boss" and me after hes was questioned stating he didn't have the specialty tool for rear. Shawn does nothing but answer phones and is nothing more than a subpar receptionist. He should assist tech and make sure job is done right per the customer. His excuse was he beliebes in his texh but never checked his toolbox for that "speciality tool" which was a deep well amd combination wrench. Even he lied to my face. I have all recordings of this and forwarding to DM. After 4 years of going here these 2 individuals are not what the brand represents and certainty not how tbis establishment once used to be ran. Will not return.
