When asked for resolution, no willingness to resolve outside of me paying for repairs that were described as covered during the sales process. We all know that it's not always super cheap to have your car serviced at the dealership but when purchasing a Volvo I like to know that experts and people that are trained on their unique quirks are working on my vehicle. My car is treated like royalty when it's there. I've never had a bad experience at this dealership yet as far as servicing. I will be bringing her back in the fall to get her ready for winter! Thank you to the team! One of the most wonderful waiting rooms I've ever spent time in!
