  Doug was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with; He answered every question (and there were many) in a timely manner and made the entire experience seamless. I’d happily work with him and the Lehman Motors team again.

  I am NOT someone who writes reviews. This is my first Google review, however after my experience I felt very compelled to. This place is top-notch for customer service. I am still struggling to find words for how positive of an experience I had yesterday. I had been hearing a noise in my Volvo and decided to call in to Lehman (they were not my regular Volvo dealership) after my regular dealership told me they wouldn’t be able to see me until Monday, to see if they could possibly let me know if my Volvo was safe to drive. After spending about 15 minutes on the phone with the service advisor he said that they were extremely booked with appointments, but if I could get it to them by a certain time they’d be happy to take it for a test drive to pinpoint what the noise was. When I arrived to Lehman they were immediately ready for me and heard the sound within seconds, and told me they were taking my car in to fix it (even though they had multiple appointments and it was a Saturday). I wasn’t expecting that. I waited about an hour and 15 minutes (very quick for them getting me in spur of the moment) and they explained the issue, said it was a minor fix, and just sent me on my way allowing me to safely leave and drive to where I was going!! This place is IMPECCABLE! I will be coming back for all future service appointments, and when it’s time, buying my next Volvo through them. You do not come across dealerships like this anymore. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

  Top notch dealership. Ashley, Stacy and Justine were awesome to work with purchasing my Volvo EC 40. Very accommodating and knowledgeable, as well as excellent communication skills. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle! Btw, Justine is an expert on technology in the car. Thank you ladies!
