  I purchased a Mazda CX-30. My sales rep was Kyle Fritz. I found Kyle to be accommodating, polite, professional, and generally helpful. Kyle made himself available for any questions or concerns I might have following my purchase. Kyle was a refreshing change to customer service experiences I've had in the past with other organizations. Thank you.

  I responded to an online used car ad and was therefore contacted by a representative of the Mechanicsburg Fred Beans dealership. The representative indicated that they perform, and their vehicles pass, a 120 plus point inspection. I asked if I could get the results of the inspection for the vehicle I was interested in. The representative indicated that he would promptly email me the report. I never received the report or any additional communication from the representative or anyone from the dealership.

  Assistant Service Manager Taylor is one the most helpful and kindest person I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He answered all my questions abd fixed my FOB. Wish there were more people in the world like him.

  After being a Jeep, Honda, and Hyundai customer (three vehicles over the past 20 years, with the Hyundai owned for nearly 10), I researched returning to an SUV and was very impressed with Mazda. Of the local dealerships, the crew at Fred Beans was the most welcoming and friendly. I landed on the CX-70 - absolutely fell in love with the rhodium white exterior with red nappa leather. Turns out they had one as a dealer demo. The price negoitated, along with the very reasonable offer for my trade-in, made purchasing here a no-brainer. I can't thank Tim (sales) and John (financing) enough for their hospitality and willingness to help - any time, any day. I'll be reaching out for sure, if even just to say thank you!

  Kyle was absolutely amazing in getting me in my first car I’ve bought by myself! He was extremely detailed in explaining everything, my options, and made sure I had no questions prior to leaving the lot. I also worked with John Fox when working out numbers and he was outstanding also! Definitely will make the hour drive to return & recommend to others!
