  I had a great experience with this location. Particularly Connor’s top-notch customer service in resolving a concern. He went above and beyond to rectify the situation and was so easy to work with!

  Just bought a car a few weeks ago. DJ was absolutely amazing. The process was smooth and quick, but I didn't feel rushed. Everything was explained to me and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision I wasn't comfortable with. I ended up leaving with my dream car the same day, and even returned the following day to trade in my 2011 ford fusion. I will definitely be using Enterprise from now on

  The car was super clean and the service was top notch but above that was the team. I worked with Josh, Luke and Conner. All of them were super friendly and helped me out with all the questions. The went above and beyond to make the experience superb. I will definitely will do more business with this store.

  Very bad service from Mechanicsburg enterprise team, I returned vehicle on time as per agreement but they checked in vehicle on wrong time which lead to additional charges on my rental. Upon realizing this when I called the enterprise location. They won't help at all and were rude. Last time will take rental from this location... As you can see everyone points out to each other..but no one takes accountability.
