  Amazing customer service, especially Zakry! He handled are rental and minor issue with complete professionalism and went above and beyond our expectations. I can’t recommend this location and Zak enough…Excellent experience.

  After being totally messed over at a different rental company, we rented from enterprise and drove to GA and FL to visit our daughter. The entire process was easy and so afforable. Connor at carlisle pike location was such a great help. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

  My whole experience from start to finish was amazing! I visited the car sales dept today .I was going in this process worried that my credit was not good enough, that i had to put a ton of money down..I wasn't very optimistic, but I said hey ...worse they can say is no.I met with Ron, he immediately introduced himself when I arrived. He offered me coffee/ water.he began the process right away...he explained everything in detail, answered every question i had.he was very knowledgeable.I did not feel pressured or that he was hustling me.he was very genuine and encouraged me the entire time.I was approved in 30min! Paperwork was a breeze..process was fast.i believe i was in the office for only 2hrs.never has this happened wen I purchased a vehicle.i got a phenomenal deal,and left with a SUV I absolutely love, with i price i could afford.Thank u so much Ron. You truly exceeded my expectations. Your professionalism and compassion definitely is top tier! I also want to say thank you to Matt he also helped me navigate thru the process. His professionalism was also outstanding. I definitely will recommend coming to this location.well done enterprise 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

  Employees are kind but corporate is despicable. I needed a car after my car's radiator was damaged by a deer accident and every employee I interacted with between Mechanicsburg and Philly were accomodating and understanding. Beware of the hefty security deposit you are required to pay SEPARATELY from your reservation day rate to pickup your vehicle. It was 2.5 times the amount for my entire reservation and enterprise has still not returned it half a week after I returned the car with no damage or issues! If a business if quick to charge a deposit for a service, customers deserve an expeditious return of their money for those services. Especially in the case of a rental during an emergency. I would rather choose any other company than enterprise just due to this practice.
