- MPmatt plummerSep 18, 20265.0DJ and Eddie at this location are both fantastic. They were very friendly and helped me find a great option after the car I initially went to check. Matt helped me finish up the paperwork and explained the contract questions I had. Overall I had a great time meeting everyone and picking out a new car
- JLJackie LaneSep 12, 20262.0Went to pick up vehicle didn't have. We want it. Had to wait there and then I had to leave my husband there because it took so long. Then when I returned the vehicle I left my handicap placer in there and they wouldn't give it back to me unless I knew the numbers. Who remembers the numbers anyways? There were three guys in there. One was very rude and the other guy was taking care of so much with a great smile on his face, great attitude and everything. All in all I probably wouldn't rent from them again. The phone rang off the hook. No one dancing their phones
- TSTea SwartzSep 12, 20265.0Ron was great with us and the car rhat we got approved for we both likewise are just going have to get somethings straight before we can get. But he was a nice man and I will be going back to him asap
- LSLucero SantanaAug 29, 20261.0Very disappointed with the customer service. I purchased a vehicle here about 4 months ago, and now the airbag warning light is on. After having it checked, I noticed what appears to be previous repair work under the front passenger seat where wiring was covered with tape. I requested a list of the vehicle’s previous maintenance and repairs and was told the Finance Manager would get back to me. It has now been over 4 days with no response. I understand he may be busy, but avoiding a customer who recently purchased a vehicle from you is unacceptable. I’m simply asking for the vehicle’s repair history and answers regarding the airbag issue.
