  First experience went okay, got new tires and oil change. 2nd time I went in for an inspection and got new breaks. Took my car home and found damage on my undercarriage from a lift that Monro claimed was “already there” even though it’s impossible to mimic that damage. Then I had to go back because my breaks were making a clicking noise that wasn’t happening before and the mechanic showed me a scratch on the rotor that wasn’t there before that was making the noise and that “using my breaks” would even it out eventually and that it’s normal while all being noticeably irritated I came back to figure out the clicking noise after claiming there was damage done to my car. I didn’t care for that or the fact I have to now go fix both of these issues elsewhere. I highly don’t recommend this place for business, go to Beans Auto.

  Got an inspection and an appointment time. Everything was on time and everyone explained to me everything about the inspection and answered all questions.

  Guy at the desk wouldn't accept an email copy of my registration, they have before mind you. I've been going to this location in Meadville for 10+ years, won't ever again. Went up the road to Flynn's tire and they got me right in and even accepted the email copy with no issues. This was at the Meadville location (Monro) around 3:50 p.m on 3/26/26 fyi.

  I just went in to have my inspection sticker replaced. I was given a time to come back with my car. They took it right away. But what I really appreciate is the crew there had looked out for my safety when they thought I was endanger of being hit by a vehicle going way to fast in the parking area.They rushed outside with intent to either stop the vehicle or to help me as the vehicle came dangerously close.
