  I made a reservation two months in advance for a minivan for a family trip.After reading some reviews I felt like I better call in advance to make sure they would have my van that I Requested for the trip!I called The Monday before my pick up on Friday.They stated all is well for pickup!Thursday evening i got a call from asking if I would consider a bigger suv if the van wasnt available.I responded and said maybe we can discuss it tomorrow.Went to pick up my rental on Friday and they gave me a Nissan Rogue(which is basically a car)I seen they were dealing with alot and seemed pretty overwhelmed in there so I tried to make the Nissan work.Very uncomfortable vehicle for me and my family on a 9 hr drive out of town.It lacked the storage room for luggage and my 8yr old complained about leg room most of the trip(so you can imagine how the rest of us felt)It also had a very strong unpleasant smell in it,in which I had to hear about from my family the entire trip!Upon returning my rental i asked to speak to the branch manager and discuss some issues.They said she would reach out to me in a few days.Once again they seemed very overwhelmed in there.Long story short,no one still has yet to reach out to me.Very frustrating with all of this.Reservations in my eyes are supposed to be to help you plan out your vacation not bring last minute stress.Whatever they have going on in that office,I hope they get it smoothed out so families can enjoy any future plans they may have.It just would have been so nice to hear back from someone.I think in the future I will look elsewhere for any type of rental.Hopefully I will receive my security deposit back at some point as well.

  Had reservations and screwed us by saying need utility bill such crap no one else who was renting needed one know 2 others who just got cars and wasn't required

  Enterprise Meadville, PA location has been a place I’ve rented from numerous times since it’s opening years ago. Even though the faces sometimes change in between my rentals, I’ve been amazed at how this store has always found great people to work there. They have been truly amazing and I have never had any issues with any vehicle or agent over the many years. They’ve taken great care of me and my family and I would recommend Enterprise, especially the Meadville store if convenient, to anyone. See you again in September for my rental!!! Thank you
