- DMDane M6 days ago2.0I was dissatisfied with the overall service mainly because of the oil stains in my driveway the next morning. The techs were very careless when removing the old oil filter and loosening the drain plug allowing oil to go all over the place resulting in oil spots on my nice clean driveway. IF I return for my next service I will definitely bring it to their attention.

It's Friday and they still haven't come to fix the car. The manager called me to set up an appointment with me and then canceled the appointment after he was supposed to be at my house. My wife had missed work now and customer service hasn't responded back to my emails.
