  How can someone have a reservation for 7:30 am walks and there is NO car available first thing in the morning? That’s exactly what happened to me. Isn’t this the main part of your business….renting cars??? Do you have an inventory system or do your reservationists make reservations just in case there is a car available? I was told by a young girl at the counter, “Don’t raise your voice at me.” Mind you, I was in disbelief that a car company would make a reservation, that I would drive 20 minutes to get there using precious , expensive gas, waste my time getting ready and then sit there for 15 minutes waiting for the one employee, and I get reprimanded because you don’t have ANY car for my confirmed reservation (FYI-There was no cussing on my part.) I was told that I could go to another location if I want!!!!! Your company should pay me for my time and aggravation. How does a company that sponsors the NHL do business like this?? I am STILL waiting for a call from my local Enterprise manager. I won’t hold my breath because Enterprise, obviously, does NOT value happy customers.

  Booked a car over the phone then drove 30 minutes to make it there before they close just for the people inside to tell me they don’t have it very poor communication wasted my time and my gas then also told me they couldn’t give me anything else due to them not having enough time thank for wasting my time and ruining my day now I have no car

  They attempted to charge me for damage that the vehicle already had prior to my rental. They also added extra fees without providing clear explanations or sufficient evidence. This is not an isolated case. I’m familiar with how they operate and I know several people who have had similar issues at this location. These kinds of practices can take advantage of customers who may not know how to properly dispute or challenge these charges. The treatment from supervisors or managers was unprofessional, and there was no real effort to clarify or resolve the situation. I strongly recommend inspecting everything carefully before and after your rental and not accepting any charges without clear evidence. (((Take photos of everything. before and after.)))
