- GGGuffeyCharmsAug 25, 20261.0I stopped for new brake pads. They overcharged the absolute crap out of me. $440 for new brake pads. JUST BREAK PADS, NO ROTORS OR ANYTHING. Took them about 2 hours of work Wich is insane. Then proceeded to tell me he “went for a spin” to make sure everything was alright and he put 3 miles on my truck and comes back to say “your back driver side tire is making a nasty noise” and that was all. No information about what it could be or anything. What kind of test drives requires 3 miles of testing. He definitely just took my truck for a joyride. Safe to say will not be returning for any type of service in the future. Huge waste of money and time. They are not afraid to take advantage of customers who don’t know anything about their vehicle.
- FSFai SalAug 24, 20261.0I pulled into the lot to get an oil achange, bays were full, so I stopped on a side to find a coupon on my phone, A worker yelled at me demanding to know why I am stooped there, after telling him I am there to get an oil change, the worker disrespectfully replied you can't get an oil change out here, you are blocking traffic...(large empty lot)... Realizing weird people work there, I turned around and went to jiffy lube where the workers show much more respectful to thier customers...

Full Synthetic over $100 is about average and thats what I expected but very pleased with how quickly I was in and out. Recommended on tag to return in 3k miles. Hyundai recommends between 5k -7.5k depending on severity of usage. I will stick with the manufacterer recommendation. Overall very pleased and will be back for my next service.
