The worst experience ever at a Valvoline location. I specifically asked for 5W40 in my VW and the tech said yes and they filled in oil from a over hang hose that is 5w30, since I have been to multiple Valvoline locations in the past, I knew they do not carry 5W40 in bulk, always they take it out of a small tank and pour it with a funnel. When I questioned the technician, he was initially lying and then when pointed out you cannot have 5w40 in the over head and my experience, they agreed and drained and filled in the correct oil. They filled in the second time without proper communication with the technician who was under the vehicle and they drained all of the new correct oil. They had to fill it again, thanks to theie sloppiness my engine got a small flush from the wrongly put 5w30. Anyway not going back and I would have been less frustrated if they did not lie and just had been honest about wanting to use the 5w30 in the first place and had a discussion about it when I specifically asked and confirmed what I want in my car. PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU GO THERE. NOT GOING BACK. BAD BAD BAD!!! ALSO THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO CHECK MY TIRE AIR PRESSURE OR BLINKERS OR ANYTHING, people just wanted to go home and don’t work!! Terrible

This location was phenomenal when just opened . Now it’s a who can do the less work possible. These people will do anything to avoid giving you a fair oil change . I will be taking my business elsewhere

I was amazed at the experience I had at Valvoline in McKeesport. They answered all my questions, we're very efficient and friendly. Spent less then 10 minutes there and the price was great for the service. 10/10 Stars

Mike was amazing and I am so grateful for his help. My car battery went bad yesterday while I was getting gas at the getgo across the street. I turned my car off to get gas and it wouldn’t come back on so me and my daughter walked over to Valvoline and I asked Mike if they sale batteries he said yes I told him what happened and even though it was 4 min til closing he walked across the street jumped my car and let me drive over and her in staled a new battery with 5 min. Amazing service and I am honestly grateful for his kindness and understanding. Service 10/10

The guys were great! I think it was Connor and Roy or Ron.. something like that. Connor ( I think his name was Connor) was easy to hear and understand- he explained everything. Great service and they worked very well together!
