The waiting area is always clean and comfortable, the reception staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the mechanics take the time to explain any repairs or recommendations when I have questions. Their pricing has always been fair—in fact, I've compared quotes from other shops, and they are typically more competitive or very comparable.
