I went to RPM autoworx after seeing some of their posts online and reading reviews. I took them a project I thought was going to be fairly simple but I was wrong. They called me immediately with pictures and information and asked how I wanted to proceed. They provided me with what I thought was a fair quote for a lot of work. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. The work was done well, honestly, and in a reasonable amount of time, minus the wait for OEM parts that was out of all our control. Truck runs amazing now and I will go back for future work and maintenance.

Every time I go into RPM to get work done, we are amazed by how professional and easy-going everyone is there. We had all of our fluids replaced and spark plugs, etc. and then left for a 10 Hour Rd. trip. We were amazed of how well our vehicle ran after that. I mean, it was such a difference in the quality of driving after the service. Thanks to the entire team, especially the owners, Justin and Sarah for fitting us in at the last minute and for the great quality T-shirts and hat.

I moved to the North Hills some years back so you better believe there’s a good reason I drive 45 minutes for Justin and his crew to service my work van and personal vehicles..GREAT SERVICE!!! From the friendly front desk to the professional mechanics in the shop, they’ve never let me down. Good people, great business to deal with.

I have been taking my vehicles for sevice at RPM for the past few years, now. I've worked with other mechanics in the past and this team and the owners are levels above. From customer service, professionalism and getting the job done right. For example, in my most recent inspection I needed an expensive job done to pass and they had found that my vehicle's part was under an extended warranty related to a recall that I was not aware of. They could have easily charged thousands to fix and replace, and I would have never known, but instead I get a call to let me know the part and service is under manufacturers warranty. Saved me thousands. This team is hands down the best garage around.
