  Great communication & quick. Dropped my car off overnight for an 8am appointment. They called me by 11am to tell me what was needed and pricing, and had my car done by 1pm. The woman in the shop handling phone calls and payments was phenomenal and so kind! She explained everything that needed done to pass inspection with exact pricing before it was done. She was honestly a breath of fresh air. Definitely will be going back for all future vehicle repairs and needs!!

  I brought my car here after another shop completely misdiagnosed an engine leak and tried to tell me I had a major crankshaft leak. The team at RPM actually took the time to do a proper, honest diagnosis. They figured out the leak was just coming from the valves, fixed it quickly, and charged me a very fair price. ​Because of their accurate diagnosis and paperwork, I was even able to get a full refund from the first shop. It is incredibly hard to find honest, skilled mechanics who won't try to upsell you on repairs you don't need. These guys have earned a customer for life!
