- JRJoshua RainbabarAug 18, 20262.0In the last seven years I have never had a tire pop on my own car. Then I rented from Enterprise, and within one week and one day, it happened twice. The first car had a tire pop on the very first day, forcing me to return it. Then, when I went to return the replacement car at the end of the week, a tire popped on that one too. Two tire failures on two different Enterprise vehicles within one week is ridiculous. And instead of taking responsibility for the condition of the tires, you're passing a $260 bill onto me. I've never experienced anything like this in seven years of driving my own vehicle. At this point, it feels like Enterprise is putting customers in vehicles with questionable tires and then making the customer pay when something goes wrong. Completely unacceptable and a rip-off.

We recently rented an SUV, and they upgraded us to a minivan, which made our long trip so much more comfortable! The entire process was incredibly easy—from pickup to return. We’ve consistently had great experiences here and will definitely continue renting from them!

The last time, they said they don't know if they will have something when I called the day before. NEVER again with this location. Never had a problem in the Middletown location.
