  Intentional deception, hidden fees, and blatant lies about E-ZPass! AVOID THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION! ​«I want to warn everyone who rents from this Enterprise location: the staff here will intentionally mislead you just to rip you off with hidden fees. ​Right after leaving the lot—literally 5 minutes away—I called the office and asked the employee directly: "Should I put my own E-ZPass in the car, or do you have one already?" He responded clearly and confidently: "Don't worry about a thing, there is an E-ZPass already inside, you’ll just pay at the end." ​This employee knew perfectly well that by using their built-in transponder, the customer gets charged the maximum toll rate (without any of the standard E-ZPass discounts). On top of that, he completely hid the fact that Enterprise charges a massive administrative fee ($3.95–$4.95 per day, up to around $34 total) just for turning their device on! He deliberately kept quiet about this, even though I had my personal E-ZPass right in my hand and could have easily installed it. ​As a result, I drove through numerous tolls and overpaid about $150, which I could have completely avoided. When I called him back later to clear this up, he suddenly "forgot" our entire conversation, started playing dumb, and claimed he didn't even know that their system charges full toll rates without discounts. ​Do yourself a huge favor: DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION! Go to any other rental company, or choose a different branch altogether, but stay far away from this place. They will look you in the eye, smile, and lie to your face just to scam you out of your hard-earned money. They care about hitting corporate quotas, not about the customers. Save yourself the headache, the money, and the stress—rent literally anywhere else but here!

  Dealership at Matamoras was professional and very responsive.To make a long story short...i was stranded on the side of road, with my vehicle and couldnt have made it to Enterprise before closing .A staff member at Enterprise told me stop ,return to my vehicle,and that they would bring rental car to me.They did,and that resulted in me happily renting the car for 1 week. Thanks

  I love the entire staff. They are always helpful and accommodating, and the cars are always clean and ready to go. I highly recommend.

  STAY AWAY!!!! If I could give no stars I would!!!! This place has the Absolute Worse Customer Service!!!!! A person from the Milford Enterprise called me the day before we leave on vacation at 11:59 am to tell me that they do not have the vehicle that I reserved to be pick up tomorrow but I can take a Mini Van and that's all they have available! Granted I made the reservation on Jan 23,2026! I called Corp and they where going to have the Manager Call me with in 30mins Because as stated by the representative this was not expectable! So no one called me for over an hour so I called back and low and behold the gentlemen who called me was the manager! With the worse customer service. He stated that its A very busy weekend and we can hold a vehicle just for you! I stated i made the reservation in Jan 2026! I was back and fourth with the corporate people and again with NO help! At one point I was told that I should be happy that they offered me a Mini Van or they have a pick up truck available at the Milford PA location I then stated will that fit 7 people? The representative stated well put 5 in the truck and the rest can sit in the bed!!! Absolute Horrible Service. Still no Vehicle as of 5:02pm per the manager who now is back peddling and blaming it on the customer that i should of taken the mini van and rudely hangs up the phone!
