  Arrived at 11:15 for an 11:30 appointment to have four new tires and a wheel alignment done. I didn’t get out of there till after 6 o’clock that night. They seemed overbooked, probably do to a third-party service scheduling appointments. They were very generous on compensation for my patience and time waiting. Unfortunately, they were unable to do my wheel alignment. Everyone there was very nice, but the combination of my wait and the fact that they were unable to do my wheel alignment is why I didn’t leave five stars

  I wasn’t too happy they broke two lug nuts and the tire light on the dash turned on and won’t turn off

  I was in on Thursday June 4th for 4 tires, alignment. and state inspection.They made me an appointment for the said service for Saturday June 6 at 10:30 am. When I got there for the appointment Saturday morning I was told they couldn’t do the state inspection due running out of stickers. Then after the tires where installed I was told they couldn’t do the alignment because my truck was too wide. I just feel like they should have known their alignment machine would not work on my truck on Thursday when they made the appointment. Also they knew I was coming back Saturday morning so an inspection sticker should have been reserved for my truck.

  Had a great experience today. Took in my car for a state inspection, but couldn’t pass with the tires I had on. Had them go ahead and put new tires on so I could pass inspection. They were all very nice, polite, and let me yip yap to them. Will be back!

  I was a loyal customer until this last appointment. I was quoted a price of 175.00 dollars to get my inner and outer tie rods replaced. This was because I had taken it to get a set of tires and alignment done. They wanted to much for the tires without balancing. I took my car to Walmart Supercenter and had 4 tires of good quality replaced they also balanced and disposed of my old tires for under 4 hundred when your company would have racked me for 600+ without disposal or balancing for under 100.00 dollars a tire. I in good faith brought it in to have an alignment done and was told that they could not finish the job do to my tie rods being rusted. Okay I understood that and paid for the alignment anyhow they said I could go to auto zone and get the parts and they would put them on and not recharge me for the alignment. This was also nice. I asked how much the repair would cost and was quoted 175.00 dollars so I made an appointment to have said repairs done. My appointment was for 9 am my car didn’t see the inside until 10:15 they fixed the tie rods inner and outer. Then my car was pulled out and parked after 30 minutes of service time. They finally pulled it into the shop again around 11:15 and they spent an 30 minutes aligning it. Not bad but the wait was a waste of time. Then when I went to pay for repairs they said 450.00 dollars. They didn’t honor their quoted price nor did they give a hoot about making me waste half of my day on appointment that they said would be a hour. I will no longer be using their services because a company that doesn’t stand by their word and has poor customer service doesn’t deserve my business!
