  I was on a road trip, far from home, when my car suddenly started shaking and the check engine light came on. I pulled into the closest repair shop, Manheim, and I’m so glad I did. Not only did they take my car in right away, but the service was outstanding. Everyone was kind, professional, and made me feel at ease during a stressful situation. They diagnosed and repaired my car, and I was back on the road in less than three hours. Finding this business was truly a blessing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, efficient, and excellent service.

Phil, Tom, and the team at Manheim Auto Repair are consummate professionals – which, in character makes for commendable services. But more than that, they are diligent, gracious and magnanimous – plaudits that place them among the elites of automotive service centers. I have no reservation in recommending them to anyone who seeks conscientious automotive service.   Had a straightforward and simple experience with Manheim Auto Repair getting an oil change among some other routine maintenance procedures. The mechanic did point out one other part that he believed needed replaced, adding to my bill, however this was a legitimate judgement call. Four stars instead of five due to slightly higher cost of services than some other local shops, but I had no issues with the service.

  As a first-time customer new to the area, I am incredibly disappointed with my experience. I brought my vehicle in for a routine yearly inspection and was estimated over $1,000 for maintenance—a price that felt extremely inflated compared to my previous mechanic. I was charged $95 for an additional oil change when I was just there a month prior and had one, was only 570 miles used from the prior one. While Tom and Katie were very nice, there is a clear lack of communication among the team as a whole. I dropped my car off before the weekend and was left without a vehicle for days, largely because I had to constantly call the shop myself just to get an update. To make matters worse, after spending a significant amount of money here, I had to return not once, but TWICE for issues that should have easily been caught before my car was cleared for pickup. Between the high prices, poor communication, and inconvenient business hours for working professionals, I am overall unimpressed and will not be returning.
