  Like many folks in the area, I have received many advertising cards in the mail from this company. I finally decided to give them a try today for an oil change and inspection. The front desk staff was super easy to work with checking in and paying. They checked in with me during the work and greatest of all, I was out the door in one hour. Reasonable prices, definitely beating the dealer charges and be sure to save the coupons and bring one if you can use it. When I got in my car, they had left a handy vinyl pouch for my documents with another coupon for a future visit. I found my new service center for both cars today!

  Only shop I’ll go to. I get major anxiety going to mechanics because it’s always felt like they try to pull one over on me, but Manheim auto repairs’s entire crew is super friendly and takes the time to educate me on everything and show me what they are talking about. They also give me the full fix options and the “here’s what we can do to get the cost down” option and let me decide for my own vehicle. Highly recommend.

  Above and beyond care! They took pictures of every little thing, did a comprehensive walk around of my vehicle, AND left it cleaner inside than they found it! I was so pleasantly surprised. I expected a basic oil change and got so much more. We will definitely be taking both our vehicles here for all our future needs.

  Our vehicle broke down while they were closed and we were able to limp it into their parking lot. Wasn't sure if they'd have time to deal with it without a long wait. They checked it out the next business day and were able to order parts to fix it. They completed the repairs earlier than anticipated and were very friendly and professional in dealing with us.

  I live in Pittsburgh and drove out to this shop (3.5 hrs) just to get some work done. I’m from the area and have family here, but I think that alone should tell you this is a good place, but here are a few highlights: Prices - not only are they very reasonable, each item on the bill is explained clearly with a division between parts and labor. If I have questions about an item, I know I’ll get a straight answer as to why an item is listed and why the cost is what it is. Quality and speed of work - they do solid work and fast. They are also speedy with sourcing parts and supplies. Customer service - hands down the best customer service. Their team is amazing at keeping you in the loop every step of the way and answering questions. The service advisors make honest recommendations and never try to upcharge. I’ve also witnessed them advocate for customers with warranty situations! Scheduling is also extremely easy. Location - right off the turnpike with an easy to access parking lot. (This shouldn’t even be a thing, but I can’t tell you how many times I’ve struggled to find parking at a dealership!) Ease of contact - super easy to talk to an actual human on the phone. No black whole voicemails or annoying phone trees here!
