Great experience. Convenient and fast. Much easier than dealing with the dealership.

I have gone 20+ years of driving in my life and never had positive experiences at oil change facilities. I have been lied to to upsell to have me do services that weren’t even necessary and had the fact that I am a girl that doesn’t know cars taken advantage of over and over again. Since my father‘s passing, I have been terrified about getting my oil changed because now I don’t even have him to ask for advice. When I moved across the country, I found Strickland Brothers and tried them out and my first visit, they replaced some part of my oil tank for free because the dealership had screwed it up. They didn’t try to sell me on any shit that I didn’t need and they were very sweet to me. I figured this was a one off and still felt that same fear when I drove up today. today I let them know that I had received a $30 off coupon but I had lost it and they agreed to honor it anyway. they also told me that if I wanted to get my own air filter somewhere cheaper, they would install it for free. Once again, all the employees that I dealt with were very kind and didn’t try to make me feel stupid or sell me anything I didn’t need. This company, or at least this location, is slowly stripping away the trauma of decades of bad service from other companies, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Adam ( I believe he’s the manager) was fantastic. Great coupons and Adam was straight to the point with me with no judgement. In the world today, it’s nice to be able to trust someone and have a comfortable conversation with a stranger. I don’t live in the area but I travel to this location because I’ve never had an issue and will continue to do so. Thanks so much!
