Customer service at this location was absolutely abysmal. I had a reservation to rent a car, wasted money taking an Uber to get there only to be told the reservation didn’t exist.
I called again, made a second reservation, was ensured cars were available, the agent actually gave me the make and model of 2 different options.
I went back into the branch for the person to tell me that there were no cars available, despite the reservation and the information exchanged during the phone call. No solution was provided, no help was offered and the agent had a pretty flippant attitude towards a mistake on their back end. We were left stranded outside when they closed, again with not even a suggestion of how to remedy the problem.
This smaller branch seemed committed to helping the people they knew, and screwing over anyone else.
After uber/lyft fees and an entire day wasted, we walked away without a rental, I highly suggest utilizing a different enterprise branch, I can’t imagine the customer service being worse anywhere else.

I had an issue when I last used Enterprise. I ordered a 1 way trip to pick up my new 2025 Chevrolet Traverse, blood red, at the dealership. I verified that this was OK with everyone I spoke with. On the way to the dealership I received a text message prompt stating that I could communicate with them through that text thread. When I arrived at the dealership I sent a message to that text thread stating that I was at the dealership and the vehicle was available for pick up. I left and never received a response. About a week later the dealership called stating the car I rented was still there, how embarrassed did I feel! I immediately called Enterprise with the issue and they said they would look into the issue. I believe it is all resolved now and I was able to pay my initial fee of something less than $100. But I did notice they tried to charge me over $300 for the rental. I need to check the bank and make sure its all squared away. Just another hassle I have to deal with now. Ugh!

We received a very nice van very comfortable. The employee when we brought the van back was very friendly and we had no problems with the rental return excellent employee.

Amazing place. Just wish the insurance company would have gave a car the equal size to our one we were having fixed.
