  Bought a 2022 ford expedition limited max in February 2026 love the vehicle love it. But now after it rains or after I wash it musky nasty smell inside 2nd row pillars. I did all the investigating I could myself no solving it had written things I tried and or did crossing out options to what it is. Took it to dealer they had it 1.5 days. No solution “they’ve exhausted all options” or rain out of rope” so pretty much not there problem don’t wanna deal with it. Spent $350 for nothing and said “good luck” with it when I picked it up.

  The place is a joke. Called to verify the price of a vehicle before driving an hour to look at it. Britany confirmed the price I was seeing online was correct and scheduled an appointment for a few days later. Got there to find out they won’t honor the price because of what they blame on Ford having a “ghost” website in its name, and the price was actually much higher. Blamed me for not looking at the right website. They didn’t offer anything but typical sleazy salesman games. Total waste of time and gas driving there. I will gladly waste my time however, reporting them to the BBB and anywhere else I can for bad advertising practices. Avoid this place at all costs. Should change their slogan to “Taking the scams to our customers”!
