  While traveling from NY to TN we experienced a loss of power after a loud bang on our F250 6.7 diesel. We limped into town and were directed to Blaise Ford. Their diesel mechanic, Mike, made himself available within 10 minutes and diagnosed our issue right in the parking lot. He was able to find a part and get us on the road all within 45 minutes. The entire staff was a real pleasure to work with and we highly recommend them to everyone.

  The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I purchased a vehicle from out of state and couldn't be happier with my experience. Blaise Alexander was worth the 6 hour drive.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Blaise Alexander Ford has been extremely disappointing. After purchasing a used truck from Blaise Alexander Ford, I was left without registration or plates after my temporary registration expired. My truck ended up sitting in my garage, unusable, because I could not legally drive it. The most frustrating part was the lack of urgency and communication in resolving the issue. I paid the fees expected when purchasing a vehicle, yet the registration process was not handled properly and I was left dealing with the inconvenience and additional expense. I reached out to Blaise Alexander Ford and General Manager Pete looking for help and a resolution, but I did not receive the level of customer service I expected from a dealership. At the end of the day, Blaise Alexander Ford completed the sale, but I was the one left suffering the consequences of the delays. I have purchased multiple vehicles from out-of-state dealerships and have never experienced an issue like this. I expected much better from Blaise Alexander Ford and hope they improve their process so future customers do not have the same experience.

  A friend of mine was selling me.His truck and we asked blaze if they could do a courtesy transfer, along with selling him, the truck that he wanted blaze, alexander decided they weren't gonna do the courtesy transfer for some reason.And then ended up selling the truck out from under my friend.We'll never buy another vehicle there again
