  1st time customer and the level of customer service from Rita was awesome. She wa able to get my car in the next day and get it back to us within two drafts after it failed inspection elsewhere due to a muffle issue. Every one I talked to and delt with were all helpful and pleasant.

  It's not the first time ... and it's certainly likely not the last time my trucks will require some type of service done during the life of both my vehicles ... I don't have to tell you the maintenance of both my vehicles is truly meaningful to myself and my family for the safety and for maintaining our livelihoods ... For me ... and I'm sure for most everyone ... getting great, reassuring, reliable, cost saving services done on your vehicles can be difficult and feel nearly impossible in this economy ... AT JOHN BECKS ... I've gotten that consistent, quality work done on my two trucks at JOHN'S shop for a number of years now ... At JOHN BECKS ... you will certainly find and get great, reassuring, reliable, cost saving quality work done ... and with friendly customer service ... So my pop used to say ... mean what you say ... say what you mean ... and so this would be my recommendations ... take a look at JOHN BECKS ... What to expect ...when you either call or stop at JOHN BECKS shop ... you will likely meet RITA in the front office ... RITA ... always engaging, pleasant, with friendly - quipping, super accommodating and absolutely essential in facilitating -- and well just plain getting the work done -- truly RITA is the unsung hero and the backbone of this operation ...   I recently moved to Pennsylvania and was looking for a place to have my emissions test done. I happened to drive by John’s Service & Towing and decided to stop in. From the moment I walked in, Ms. Rita made me feel welcome and got me in quickly for my inspection. Unfortunately, my vehicle didn’t pass the state inspection because it needed new brakes. It was an unexpected expense that I wasn’t prepared for, but after speaking with Ms. Rita and the owner, John, I felt completely confident that I had chosen the right place. Jeff did an excellent job on my car. As a woman, having unexpected car repairs can sometimes feel intimidating, but I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. Everyone was honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything. It’s a great feeling to find a reliable, trustworthy auto shop. I will definitely be returning for future service and will happily recommend John’s Service & Towing to my family and friends.
