I called a week ago. And booked a suv. They called me monday to tell me I needed a $400.00 deposit on the car for wed (today) and if I was using debit I needed to bring in a utility bill. Since when?? Then I just called today to cancel it and he said I wasnt even on the schedule. Wait what? Are you kidding me rn? Horrible! Just horrible. This is just ridiculous. They need to disclose this when booking a car bc some people dont have $400.00 just sitting in their bank account.

Horrible customer service, girl named Regina with red hair is horrible at lying. The free pickup service is suppose to be under 10 miles she tells me 15 minutes and im 18 minutes and theres only 2 people here, so I hang up and GPS it , GPS says 11 minutes so I call back and tell her im 11 min then, she tells me that they don't do pickups on the weekends. I tell her it's not the weekend. It's Friday, then she tells me That I'm actually 18 minutes. I said no IGP S did on Google Maps. It's eleven minutes, so then she tells me the best she can do is she can call me around ten or eleven o'clock and let me know if somebody can pick me up. So I tell her, okay, call me and let me know if I find a Rhine sooner, I'll be there. So I get a Lyft to the place, and I asked the lyft driver, How long does it take to get there? He tells me 11 minutes, I get to the place I go in. I sit down and there's three people here. The manager, a driver and her, and as I'm sitting there, she takes a phone call and says, yes, I can send a driver out right now. Where are you at crudon? I Google Map crudon Croydon's 12 minutes away. She sent somebody right to their house. So thankfully, I got the deal with Shane, the manager who was very nice and took care of me. But Regina not too good if you call enterprise in levitown, ask for Shane 👍, don't ask for Regina👎

I had a wonderful experience with the Enterprise after my accident. They made the process so easy during what was already a stressful time. Everyone was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful
