- KDKeegan DonmoyerMay 10, 20265.0Had good experiences in the past. Although took my partners car in for inspection and alignment. Which they did and was fine. Until I got it home and noticed the tie rod rubber was busted. Wish they would have said something if they noticed because now it’s going to need an alignment after replacing that. Called in to ask about it and they said if there isn’t play they will still do an alignment even with the compromised part. Had I know before hand we’d have forgone the alignment and came back another day after the part was replaced as it was basically a waste of money. Brian the Service manager called and got it sorted 10/10. He informed us of their allignment warranty no one told us about when I called before.

They pulled my car in within 5 minutes of arriving and found two screws but neither fully penetrated the tire. They ensured it wasn’t leaking and I was on my way within 15 mins. The best part outside of no leak was there was no charge for service. No charge! I was pleasantly shocked and surprised. The staff were great, very friendly. Thank you Mavis.
