  Apparently only 1 vehicle available for me. A large SUV when I only requested a car through insurance. I wonder what all the people behind me did with only 1 rental available.

  I needed to rent a car because my car had an accident when I wasn’t in it. The staff was very nice, they only had a very large car available but as soon as they could they got me a smaller car, I’ve never had to rent a car so they were informative and patient with all my questions for which I was grateful. Thank you

  My recent rental was due to my vehicle being in a car accident. My insurance company will only pay for a compact sedan. They didn't have any. Actually, there were only two cars there that weren't spoken for. A small SUV and a Ford F-150 truck. I took the small SUV, obviously. Of course, I was charged an out of pocket, upcharge for the "SUV category". I resent that because it wasn't my fault they didn't have a car for me. I had to come back several days later when they did have a sedan for me. Despite the inconvenience, I didn't have a choice but do this to avoid accruing a huge out of pocket expense. The car they gave me had just come in from another renter and if I can be honest. It was absolutely disgusting in terms of cleanliness. I remember renting cars in past years and they were properly washed and sanitized. The past 3 cars I've rented have been filthy. Hosing it off between rentals does not constitute being clean and certainly not sanitized. I'm not blaming the fine folks at the Lebanon, PA office. I blame Enterprise Corp. for obviously running them out of cars on a consistent basis. They've definitely lost a level of pride that used to be present and it's disappointing because I rent quite often for work travel. Every time they proudly roll out a filthy car to me, I just shake my head and have to take it home and clean it so I can at least see out of the windows. The car I turned back in yesterday had a renter waiting on it. I know they didn't even rinse it off to give to that person. I feel like there's an attitude of "we're doing the best we can with what we have, so take the dirty car and be thankful you got a car". That's the impression the Lebanon, PA office is selling. I wouldn't even think of being able to leave on a road trip, directly from their office because I know I'm going to have to clean the car from top to bottom. If they're ok with that, I'll keep smiling and nodding while I wash their cars for them, one at a time.

  I have had the worst luck and found my self renting a car, returning it and having to rent again due to issues with my personal vehicle. The team at enterprise made it easier by helping me navigate a tough situation and being very accommodating.

  The guy greeted me and there was no wait. He made me feel comfortable in the car before I drove off. He gave me options to accept the additional coverage without feeling pressured. Thanks Enterprise.
