Techs attempted to identify if my transmission was a sealed transmission, or if they could do a fluid change. Upon identifying that it was a sealed transmission, they apologized for the delay time, and got me finished up. Shout out to Jesse and Curtis!
- ACAlexandra CJun 8, 20261.0I WAS a loyal customer and had my engine maintenance done here UNTIL…they recommended I do a transmission flush, I agreed and had them do it. A few months later my car transmission started making a noise. I took it in and they looked at it and said they thought the transmission gasket was leaking. My 2020 car is only a few years old, low mileage. They said they couldn’t fix it and recommended a local mechanic. I put in a claim with Valvoline. Curtis the manager called and said they were denying my claim, because they saw the transmission fluid all over the bottom of my car for the last EIGHT (8), oil changes and never said anything. I believe this to be a lie. They NEVER mentioned it to me, they NEVER wrote it on the sheet they give you when they did work on my car. How can you TRUST them NOT to ruin your car. Every time I returned for service, new employees were there. I would be VERY CAUTIOUS in going here to do oil changes - in my opinion.
