  My truck looks like new very please with the work. You have a great group of young Men working together in your Body Shop . It's nice to see are young people doing what they do. You need to keep your group of young Men together it's hard to fined a Team like that. Thank U .

  Company charges 3% fee on CC transactions as if the owners couldn't possibly afford the fees they agreed to pay the credit companies to process payments through them. Of course the customer should be eating this business expense /s. Added the second star because the service advisor was great and the work was completed on time and correctly.

  My Truck displayed a fault light that eventually clear. Out of concern, I wanted to get it checked as soon as possible. The scheduling coordinator was very helpful to get me an appointment as soon as possible while making sure the proper mechanic was available to address my concern. When I arrived at the garage I met the service manager who took my information and then showed me to the waiting room. The mechanic spent approximately 45 minutes on my truck and the service manager asked me several questions to make sure nothing was missing. Unfortunately the concern could not be reproduced but the manager committed that if it happened again, he would get me into the service rotation with priority.

  When I sideswiped a guardrail and messed up my cute little Kia Seltos that I got from Smail Kia, Debbie at Smail Chevrolet in Latrobe took the best care of me! Parts were ordered quickly and my car got in for repair 6 days after my accident! Mark updated my husband regularly with repair progress and we got my car back two days earlier than expected! They were quick, efficient, professional and also compassionate. We highly recommend Smail Chevrolet! You guys are awesome! Thank you!
