  I received excellent service, and I truly appreciated the high level of communication maintained throughout the process. Being kept informed at every stage was extremely helpful. My only concern is that when I presented a competitor’s quote for the requested services, I was informed that the dealership will no longer honor price matching moving forward. This makes it difficult to choose between two reputable shops, as the decision now rests solely on a difference in pricing.

  I was told I needed all four brake pads and rotors serviced. They are six months old. I was also told that they was no warranty even though they were out on in this shop and six months old. I took the car to an independent mechanic who informed me that they had put on garbage brakes (if they were even replaced) and that was why they went bad. They also told me that I only needed the front brakes and rotors replaced. They performed the service for one-third of what the Smail garage had quoted me! So I will NEVER return to Smail automotive for anything. Terrible service, dishonest, and extremely overpriced.
