Smail Chevrolet went above and beyond to fit my payment to where it’s doable. I always leased, but with the economy tanked, I bought this one. It made more sense! Contact Mark Kessler! I have bought 4 cars from him. He’s outstanding!

Jack at sales department at smail Chevy was great! 2nd Chevy I’ve bought off him and service was great. Kia smail I give a 1 star. Did not have a good experience with the truck I bought and services for my kia was bad at the time.

Your service tech tried to remedy a security system issue I am having with my 2001 corvette but to no avail. I am told I need a new ignition switch and with that a set of new chipped keys and possibly new key fobs. However Chevy isn't supporting parts for a 25 year old vehicle. So I guess I am SOL.

Best experience I have ever had at a car dealership! Knowledgeable, friendly, customer focused. Worth the 6.5 hour drive one way from Michigan to get the attention and help I needed to buy my first EV vehicle. From my first interaction with Brad, the team made me feel like they were there to help and not just to sell. I have been looking for a Blazer EV SS for a while and when I first called I knew I found the best place to purchase . Brad and Joe worked their magic and went above and beyond to get the best price. The Smail team did everything they could possibly do to get me back to Michigan, even filling my gas tank for the return trip to Michigan in my old vehicle I drove there and had to return in with my husband. The service was nothing short of amazing! They even brought in their EV expert, Mark, to make sure I had the best experience and knowledge that I could get before driving off the lot. Even Kelly, the finance person, was a delight and great to work with. What a team! I know it may seem like a far distance to travel for a car, but it was worth every mile and something I will remember the next time I am in need of another vehicle. My husband and I truly appreciate everything you did for us! Thank you!!
