I had to call customer service to try and get my invoice which I still have never gotten. Have called around to multiple shops to see why they charged me so much for a simple service and Mr tire was twice as expensive as Flynn’s, NTB and few other local non chain stores. I don’t know if highway robbery is apart of their chains motto or if the workers are issuing theirselves a cash refund once the customer leaves. I asked the customer service rep to make it make sense to me but they said they have no access to pricing since my paperwork is written up as generic labor.

- RWRobert WagnerJun 3, 20261.0Went in for an inspection. Was told I needed brakes and rotors. I prepaid the 650 dollars for the parts and labor that wasn't going to be done for a couple of days. I went and had a second opinion and was told I don't need brakes or rotors and they would pass easily. Went back to Mr. Tire for a refund. At first they refused. Then called the manager and he said he would do it Tuesday. 6 days later! Shady practices. I thought I could trust them. I was wrong. There has been complaints filed and the state and PennDot both opened investigations into this. Still no refund issued over a week later.
