  I come here sometimes but won't be after learning from another shop my belt tensioner was on backwards and barley hanging on. Sucks that I wasted time and money here and ended up paying more to get my issue fixed. Hopefully it was just a bad day and they arent screwing more things up. Other than that I usually had good service.

  My wife and I just had our car inspected here and the experience was great. The staff was friendly and totally transparent with the inspection results and work being done. The General Manager and Assistant Manager, Keith and Sarah, were both very helpful. The pricing was reasonable and the service was fast and efficient. After the bad experiences we've had with other garages, it was very pleasant coming here. We will be continuing to bring our business here from now on.

  Keith Simmons the store manager and Sarah the assistant manager were very kind and helpful when I needed my breaks fixed. Already made another appt! Definitely use this Mr. Tire!

  Went in for an oil change and left having spent $300 unexpected dollars. Recommendations on the alignment felt shady. I paid to have it completed but something felt off and I should have declined it. Not going back.

  Called to schedule oil change and have exhaust leak diagnosed. When I called I was routed to a call center and the call taker was not actually working at the location I was scheduling an appointment for. Was told over the phone oil change was $58 and came with a free tire rotation. I asked about the exhaust leak and the call talker confirmed what their website says and that the exhaust leak could be diagnosed for free. I was quoted $1500 (2.5x the cost of a full exhaust system) to repair the leak. I declined the repair and went to pick up the car. Upon receiving the car I was told the bill was $192 for an oil change. I asked for a break down of the price and found I was charged for the exhaust diagnosis. The person working the counter agreed to waive the price (as they should because it's advertised as free on the website) but I still left there owing $133 for an oil change I was told was going to cost $58. Won't be back ever again to this location.
