No arguments, none of those horror stories you hear about peoples rental experiences on reddit. It was my first time renting and I'll happily be back at this site when I do.

- DSDavid SanziJul 23, 20265.0Original rental was a Nissan Pathfinder which was horrible. Continually pulled to the right. Enterprise swapped it out. This took time away from a trip but Enterprise did help. I would rent again. It's unfortunate to experience any problems, especially with children in the vehicle but they did good by swapping vehicles
- SSStacey StankoJun 20, 20262.0We reserved a 7 passenger mini van on May 2nd for pick up on June 11th for a vacation. Everything was set in place but when we went to pick up the vehicle on the 11th we were told our reservation was canceled the day prior due to them having no vehicle for us. They said they tried to call us once they day before to let us know, but they called the wrong number, and they never tried the other phone number we had on file with them. The only vehicle they could get for us was a 15 passenger van, and we had no choice at that point but to say yes since Enterprise was closing in 30 minutes at that point and we were leaving for vacation that night. We called Enterprise customer support immediately and was told the area manager would call us shortly to try to help rectify the situation and get us the type of vehicle we had reserved over a month prior, but they never called despite us verifying our phone number and reservation number multiple times. Only reason im giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because they comped us 2 tanks of gas. Would not trust renting a vehicle from here.
