  I brought my car to Monro for an oil change. The technician working on my car called me and said that I needed four new tires. At first, I thought this was just another attempt to make more money off me. But the technician insisted that the tread was very worn. I consented to the new tires, and when I went to pick up the car, the technician showed me my old tires which were almost bald. I was so glad he recommended changing them before I left for vacation. I was very happy with the service I received today.

  My daughter takes her jeep here for service for the last 8+ years its been good up until now, all new workers that are not that sharp. The jeep went in for inspection, she gets a quote for over 4K for repairs. They said it needs breaks, rotors all the way around. Front needs ball joints. Needs a new oil filter housing. I told her just to get the ball joints done and ill take care of the other things. We'll they do the break job instead. Unbelievable.... now I have to redo their break job to do the ball joints. They are NOT very smart to do the breaks when it needs front ball joints. I found it hard to belive that it needed rear rotors, so I asked them to see the rotors but they said they trashed them. Then they misplaced the keys for the jeep. Called corporate but just got the runaround. DONT recommended Monroe for service. I believe they ripped her off.
