  My daughter takes her jeep here for service for the last 8+ years its been good up until now, all new workers that are not that sharp. The jeep went in for inspection, she gets a quote for over 4K for repairs. They said it needs breaks, rotors all the way around. Front needs ball joints. Needs a new oil filter housing. I told her just to get the ball joints done and ill take care of the other things. We'll they do the break job instead. Unbelievable.... now I have to redo their break job to do the ball joints. They are NOT very smart to do the breaks when it needs front ball joints. I found it hard to belive that it needed rear rotors, so I asked them to see the rotors but they said they trashed them. Then they misplaced the keys for the jeep. Called corporate but just got the runaround. DONT recommended Monroe for service. I believe they ripped her off.

  Don't bother. They're not interested in treating people well and will gouge you over something as simple as an oil change. I had been going to their Souderton location for a few years and I love that location's service – they're friendly and clearly are trying their best to keep their prices reasonable. Go to Souderton instead.

  From the customer service after calling to the general manager’s insight and patience, this auto shop saved me when I almost didn’t have any other options! Also, they were within super close distance from my house and their shop. I had a flat so I would’ve been risking a new rim too, had I driven to a farther, different shop or I would’ve been out of $200+ for a tow, to a shop! The work on my flat was done in 30 minutes, tops! And I was given info about deals on battery replacement because I do need a new battery and the prices are so steep nowadays!

  I had a great experience here and Mike was wonderful! I will definitely be returning when I need more work done. They were both quick and friendly. I highly recommend this place.
