  Be aware that you wont be able to have a staff member pick you up/or take you home on the weekends as they will be "short-staffed". They also do not pick you up/take you home after 5:00 pm on weekdays.

  I reserved a 7 passenger SUV. I received a call around closing time @ 6pm and left me a message that they didn't have a car for me. This was 12 hours before I picked up the car. I couldn't call to rectify the situation. When I showed up to pick up, there was no urgency or accommodation - it was a take it or leave it situation. The manager offered a credit. When I tried to book next, there was no credit on my account and the branch will not honor it as it doesn't show on my profile. The service and attention to detail is appalling.

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Lansdale. The customer service was outstanding, especially from Robert. Robert is very knowledgeable about different types of vehicles and rental prices. He took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the car that was the best fit for me. I really appreciated his patience and professionalism. After I initially rented one vehicle, I changed my mind and returned to exchange it for a different one. Robert was very patient and accommodating throughout the process. He made everything easy and stress-free without making me feel rushed or inconvenienced. Robert is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. Thanks to his help, I had a great rental experience. I highly recommend the Enterprise Lansdale location, and I especially want to thank Robert for going above and beyond to help me.

  Absolute worst experience I've ever had with a company. Had to get a car from here because that's who Allstate had a deal with. They gave me a car with no gas, so off the bat had to spend $40 to fill it up. Noticed the following morning that there was a huge bubble in the tire. Tried calling first thing in the morning and waited on hold for 30 minutes. No answer, so went to the store in person. Waiting another 30 minutes for them to just tell me sorry we have no other cars, and neither does anyone else. You can take it to the tire place we have an account with and they will fix it today. I did that. Had to wait several hours for an appointment. Not how someone wants to spend their day off. Come for my appointment and they said they need to get approved from enterprise. Well now enterprise is closed and I've been waiting over 30 minutes while they wait and they still haven't even started putting on the tire. Worst experience of my life. Update* After I returned the car, enterprise charged me an additional $100 over what Allstate covers. Enterprise and Allstate made the reservation, not me. Enterprise gave me a car that was supposed to be covered and never once said "this car costs more than Allstate allows" I never asked for a bigger car, it's just what they gave me. Allstate said it was enterprise fault and vice versa. Enterprise should have told me before they gave me the rental that it wasn't fully covered. The most they were willing to refund me was $50. So somehow I'm out $50 for a rental I didn't arrange because they messed up.

  Made a reservation 2 months ahead. Called the week before and confirmed reservation. Showed up on the day and they didn't have my reservation. They stared at me like I'm the idiot. I showed them the confirmation number, the date, and the location for pickup. They sent me to their branch 30 min away to pick up the car. No apology. No nothing.
