Small nail in tire. Other places said couldn't be fixed. Guys at Mavis parched it in less than 10 mins. Other locations had me waiting 2 hours to tell me it will need to be replaced. Mavis was in and out in like 20 mins total. Would recommend to anyone.

Had them put two run flat Continental tires on my 2017 Mercedes-Benz S550 and I also had it a wheel on at Donna as these tires were for the front upon service was quick in fact too quick. I spent a process 870 or $840 there there was no printout on the alignment specifications. How far is out and keep in mind if this is a four wheel alignment as I left and drove the car. I noticed that my Steering Wheel was at 7 o’clock, which means if I put it straight, the car would go to the left that started to be bothering me now, but this car is kept in the garage is only driven special events and as a hobby car then upon me handwashing the car I noticed that black gouges finish was taken off both wheels, large black gouges and then wait a week or two as the car is done as they say covered in the garage is not a daily driver. I called the corporate sales people and you got a claim number which I was told to call the Langhorne office. It was Memorial Day weekend and he wanted me to bring it in, but I intend to said that it was too much going on on Memorial Day weekend. I will bring it in the following weekend. That means there was two weeks following when I initially called them on arriving there. I didn’t even get inside the door when text said they had to get their manager there and immediately denied any wrongdoing saying that his tire machine could damage tires but the marks of my ribs were not Machine keep in mind. These are run. Flat tires were extremely stiff sidewalks, and this wheel and these type of tires needed a special machine A touchless machine someone apparently had issues putting this on and use for some putting the rims on or whatever but anyway I have big black gouges on the edge of my Wheel on the passenger side, there was at least six gauges probably 12 inches long separate gouges like somebody struck it or use forced in some way manner on the driver side of the black marks are on there too, but not as bad once keeping in mind that their manager was very rude abrupt Ford very very disrespectful upon me, bringing the car there, and I also had a friend with me who witnessed this song. I then reached out to the regional guy, and he was even worth one his rudeness talking over me and basically said he closed the case. I would like to put pictures online if there’s a space to do this however I then called corporate and nobody has responded to me. I did not recommend anyone taking a car of any kind of high-end or anything that takes skill. Now I have a car that the wheel alignment was done apparently with no printout of the the wheel alignment virtually we have a we only have at 7 o’clock, and then damage to my rims. I guess the way they want to cure customer service issues is being rude, belligerent, and then not return calls and just let it go. FYI, I intend on doing a review every day until someone calls me from corporate once again do not take anything of value to these people cause they are most unprofessional, rude and ignorant people I’ve ever dealt with in a long time and I am also in the motor car industry for the past 20 years
