  I very recently purchased an all-electric Hyundai Ioniq. My experience at Fred Beans was great! I was treated respectfully by everyone I encountered at the dealership. Most importantly, I believe that the sales process was transparent, the team acted with integrity, understood my needs and did not apply any high pressure sales tactics. I felt as if I were making a very major financial decision supported by folks who wanted to ensure that I made a good choice. I want to especially thank my salesperson, Pran Patnaik, and his colleagues Janell and Ron Katz. Their expertise and kindness made what could have been a very stressful process seamless.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kim! She was absolutely amazing from start to finish and made buying my new car such a great experience. Kim was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I found the right car for me. I was very indecisive but never once felt pressured or rushed, and she took the time to answer every question I had and walk me through the entire process. She made what can be a stressful experience feel easy and actually enjoyable. You can tell that Kim truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. She went above and beyond for me, and I am so grateful that I had the chance to work with her. I absolutely love my new car and could not be happier with my experience at Fred Beans Hyundai of Langhorne. Thank you, Kim, for everything!

  I came in after having researched small SUV's. As I was perusing cars on the lot, Rebecca came out to offer any insights. She was friendly, cooperative, listened to what I was looking for. She was quick to help with test drives. When I needed to make sure the car would fit in my garage, she drove with me to my home and watched patiently as I confirmed the car was a good fit (literally and figuratively). She was competent, knowledgeable and calm, letting me come to my own conclusions, adding information as I asked for it, offering more that I didn't know I needed. It was a really good buying experience vs a sales rep selling experience.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Fred Beans Hyundai of Langhorne. I was initially encouraged to make the trip after being told they would work toward a trade-in value that could make the deal happen. Since I was driving nearly two hours, I made sure to communicate my expectations beforehand. Unfortunately, once I arrived, the experience was completely different. The trade-in offer was much lower than what was discussed, and I did not feel the team made any genuine effort to explore options or honor the expectations that were set before my visit. I understand that numbers can change after an in-person inspection, but when a customer makes a long drive based on a commitment to try to make a deal work, there should be transparency and a real effort to find a solution. Instead, I left feeling that my time and effort were not valued. I appreciate the GM reaching out afterward, but the disappointment came from the experience at the dealership when I was there and the lack of effort shown at that moment. I hope the dealership improves communication between the online team and the in-store team so future customers do not have the same experience.
