  I was extremely impressed with my experience with Fred Beans Hyundai I was greeted immediately when I walked in without an appointment and was able to take a test drive and learn everything I needed from my salesman Nick I purchased my new Tucson 2 days later without waiting forever. Great experience and it was a pleasure to work with Nick.

  Just want to post how happy I was with the service that was given from everyone at Fred Beans from sales (Laurie) through the manager and even the tags reps from top to bottom I felt like a very valued customer. Not strong sales pitch no pushy sales people. Listened to what I wanted gave me the best price and worked with me to make me a very happy customer. From top to bottom every level of service I got from this dealership made me feel like a very valuable customer. Couldn't be happier with the service provided and walked out of there feeling happy with the service from everyone involved. A+ Fred Beans you won me as a customer :)

  My salesman Aidan Buczek was great! A friendly, knowledgeable car guy like myself, he treated me like an equal, recognizing both the great aspects as well as any potential shortcomings on my new vehicle, which coming going from a V8 to a zippy 4-cylinder, I had my concerns. Aidan helped me through it with a level of honesty and integrity that I need in a salesman. And he was right, I really like the new car and the whole purchasing experience was very smooth. Next time I am in the market, I'm going back to Fred Beans Hyundai and looking for Aidan.

  I brought my 2017 Hyundai Sonata to Fred Beans Hyundai after the car went into limp mode during heavy rain in Pennsylvania. I was traveling with my three children, and the car became undriveable. Midas diagnosed an internal engine issue (P1326), so I left the car at this dealership and returned to Canada. The communication I received from the service department was very confusing. One email told me the car needed a knock sensor replacement. Later, I was told it needed an oil change instead. Then I was told the software update was already done. None of these messages lined up with each other, and it was hard to understand what the actual diagnosis was. During this time, I paid for their diagnostic, plus rental costs, hotel, and travel back to the U.S. to pick up the car. The lack of clear and consistent communication made the situation much more stressful and expensive than it should have been. I hope the dealership improves how it communicates with customers, especially when the vehicle is undriveable and the customer is out of the country.
