  The staff was pleasant and polite. They picked me up at the dealership and dropped me off when I returned the vehicle. It was a pleasurable experience and I will use Enterprise again in the future.

  Reserved a pick up truck for a 10 AM pick up when I arrived. They told me they had no more pick up trucks also said they tried to reach out to me however I received no email no notification on the app and no phone calls. then said they could get me in a Jeep Cherokee Wagoneer and then I found out they were only talking about a regular Jeep Cherokee which was way too small. This whole thing made me late for my job. I will never rent from enterprise especially the Langhorn location.
