My 1st car had a horrible smell to it so I returned it and picked up another care car. When I was done with that one I was told I could leave the keys at team Toyota which I did on 9/18 and I stopped in the office to let them know that’s what I did. 4 days go by and the was never picked up and I was charged but no one called me from enterprise to see where the car was. I only found out about this because my car insurance called me and ask if I returned the car yet because they tstill getting charged as well

Look no further. Shout out to Ryan! He made such a stressful weekend and breathe of relaxation from start to finish. And he was working the office by himself Labor day weekend. After driving to multiple rental agencies trying to secure a truck he made it happen called the other office to see and sent us there. He did above and beyond for my lack of planning thinking I could walk into a place and get a car the day of. His professionalism respect and a smile. Well and a truck what more can I ask for. A long standing customer was made.
