Requested a vehicle a week in advance and when I arrived that vehicle wasn’t there. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue with enterprise either. They continue to fail with customer service. Don’t use this company if you have an urgent need for a vehicle. They will absolutely let you down.

The rental car game can get crazy. Thankfully, Jim and Alex are at this Langhorne location. My payments got all screwy but they were patient and polite, going the extra mile to get me the car I NEEDED. Thank you gentlemen. CORPORATE- take note. These guys are the real deal so both they and this location deserve some kind of award. Thanks Jim. Thanks Alex.

My car was involved in a hit-and-run when it was parked outside of my house. My insurance company said I had to go through enterprise for my rental. Insurance told me it’s gonna take 4-5 days to fix my vehicle, but it ended up being close to three weeks. I get the vehicle and Grace sold me on their insurance saying it would be just $100 for when my car was getting repaired. She failed to mention that it is a $18 fee per day and when the car takes longer in with repairs that the $18 keeps accruing. So when I went to drop off the vehicle they said I had another $180 dollars to pay. When I asked for what they said the insurance that accrued since the car took longer to get repaired and I said that “Grace never mentioned that and she only said $100. I wish the fact it accrues was more transparent.” The guy checking me out said “OK. I won’t close out this bill yet. I’ll have her call you. Maybe she’ll be able to do something for you”. Three weeks later with no calls and I see a $180 charge to my card. Staff should learn to be more transparent when it comes to that. Grace knew my car was in an accident because we were talking about it ahead of time when she was checking me in for my rental. When people already have enough on their plates when having to go through that stress of their vehicle being involved in a hit-and-run and having to deal with insurance, maybe you should emphasize it’s a daily fee of $18, not an estimated amount based on how long the insurance says it’s going to take to fix your vehicle.
The young man that drove me back to the Collision center where my car was at was nice though.
