  Ellie was great. I have no problem with her. What it appears to me is the name of the game at this place is that they offer a up and above offer online. Then when the customer comes in they find any problem they can. Then give a low ball offer, then give a normal offer. My only problem with this process is that they give an inflated offer at the beginning to try and get customers in the door. I highly doubt they ever pay the inflated offer they give online. This was my experience. Update: I redid my value again online just to make sure I wasn’t making a mistake and disclosing every possible issue it still quoted online quite a bit higher then what they were willing to give. I did get a phone call from a manager so respect for that. Either there online algorithm is intentionally off or unintentionally. Either way they should probably look at that.
