The manager greeted me as soon as I arrived and instructed me to pull behind a vehicle in bay 3. He explained how much the service cost and informed me of what I would be getting. You could tell everyone working was communicating efficiently and everything went through a list of checks. They genuinely seemed in a good mood as well. I'll certainly be returning.

There are other locations in the Lancaster area, but this one is my favorite. We have 3 cars and 1 truck that we trust to the Valcoline on New Holland Pike in Lancaster, PA. Shout-out to Joshua, Angel L, and Jose (aka Spike)!! Thanks All Keep up the great work ALL!
- DDDanApr 27, 20261.0Sat in line for 45 minutes. Pulled into the bay. Then they told me they didn't have the oil filter for my vehicle. The whole point of Valvoline Instant is fast service while you sit in the car. Checking parts availability should happen the moment you pull in line, not after I've burned 45 minutes waiting. Fix the intake process.
