  Above & Beyond!! I went for a routine oil change last week. I left for a trip and on the way, my oil light came on. It turns out that a screw was stripped and I started leaking oil. I called Valvoline to tell them about the situation. Not only did they fix the issue, they came to my house so I wouldn't have to drive it in that condition. I ended up having to come to the shop anyway, but they fixed it with no problem. The manager, Joanne - was amazing! She was very punctual, she left me know what was going on every step of the way. She runs a great shop full of good people who know what they're doing. Despite this small issue, which was no fault of their own, I will definitely be bringing my car back and I will recommend it to anyone who asks.

  Huge shoutout to Hector at Valvoline for his professionalism and excellent customer service. From the moment I pulled in, he was respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location!

  Jose and his crew were amazing. Welcoming and kind. Jose and his coworker (I'm so sorry, I forget his name. Hector?) were so knowledgeable. Their recommendations came with a full explanation. Jose even assessed my "check engine" light and explained the meaning. It was very helpful. I highly recommend the Valvoline on Columbia Ave, Lancaster.

  I had an absolutely outstanding experience at this Valvoline location. Hector, the guy who assisted me with my oil change, was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. After a long, exhausting day at work, I mistakenly gave him extra money. Without hesitation, Hector came back personally to return it, showing incredible integrity. The entire team was so in sync, working together with such great energy and positive attitudes. They made the whole process easy, stress-free, and quick. I can’t say enough good things—this place is a gem, and Hector and his team are true standouts! With service like this I will continue to drive out of my way to visit this location because the service is 100% worth it.

  I am reaching out to bring attention to behavior I witnessed today involving the Assistant Manager, Remy There were multiple instances of unprofessional communication toward employees, including giving directions in a way that caused confusion rather than clarity. At one point, it also seemed that a situation between two employees was escalated instead of being handled appropriately.In addition, there was noticeable pressure placed on employees to purchase items, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere.The team itself does solid work, and I would consider returning; however, this type of management approach is concerning and should be addressed. I believe it would be appropriate for HR to review this matter to ensure a more professional and respectful work environment moving forward.
