  I went on a Friday july3. In record breaking heat and long lines there was plenty of staff. All staff are friendly and patient as always. Everyone who delivered service these last three days deserves a bonus!! Many places, including area service garages closed early or completely

  Quick and friendly service. It is their job to upsell and inform customers of additional services and they did that, but were not pushy or rude about it if you declined. The guys seemed to enjoy their job and it might be silly, but when your service was done they called out bay 3 done! And all the guys yelled bye! Real nice and happy. It made me leave with a smile so 5 stars well deserved. Great job!

  The best oil change I’ve ever gotten! The staff was so friendly and helped teach me a few things while I was there. They explained what they were doing while they were doing it and the importance of it. I would recommend this place to anyone!

  These folks are the best. I brought my pickup in for an oil change last week, and the whole experience was top notch, beginning to end. When I arrived, there was a line of cars waiting for every bay. I almost left and came back, and I'm glad I didn't, because the folks working here were so efficient that within about ten minutes I was pulling into the bay for my service. Assistant manager Carlos walked me through everything they were going to do and made me aware of services they offer, but didn't "hard sell" anything. When he asked about changing my wiper blades and I said no, that I had replacements waiting at home in my garage, he told me to bring them with me next time and they would swap them out for me at no charge. Throughout the time I was waiting with my vehicle, the entire crew was working hard and moving fast. They were extremely professional, too. I especially want to mention Joanne, the service manager. While I was waiting in line, an elderly lady pulled up in the next line over, looking very anxious. Joanne spoke with her for a few moments, then checked all four of her tires and topped up the air in two of them for at no charge, then helped her back out so she could skip the line and be on her way. I honestly didn't think this kind of service existed anymore. I will definitely be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on.

  Due to the negligence of 1 technician, I found myself having to pull over on the side of a busy highway. I found a ride home- called the store and they agreed to come and fix their mistake. I found another ride back to my car. They did fix it ( the crew that came is actually really nice) The asst manager offered $20 off my next service. When I got home I felt a free oil change would be more appropriate. I emailed corporate and some woman on a power trip declined to accommodate my request. 50% off is all she would offer. Several people were very inconvenienced due to their admitted negligence. They lost a very faithful customer after telling me they will not give me a free oil change.ABSURD!!!
