  Went to valvoline for a coolant flush and fill...they upsold me on having transmission fluid drain and fill as well. It took 3 people to undo coolant cap...must have been on really tight. They finally got it and completed that service. I was told that the transmission fluid drain plug was rusty and leaking and that i should limit driving until i can take it to a garage for repair. Made appt with my mechanic and had the car serviced 2 days later. He informed me that there was no rust, no leak, and that valvoline had broken off a piece of their tool in the drain plug. Valvoline had a very dishonest account of details instead of admitting their error. I am extremely disappointed as they were all very friendly. I will not be returning and will be sharing my experience not only here, but with everyone i know.

  I’ve gone to this location for years and every time I go I’m always treated with respect and kindness and never feel pressured to get something done that doesn’t need done. Love that I can go and just have my tire pressure checked for no charge because my car likes to tell me I have a flat tire when I don’t

  Always 5/5 stars, been coming to this Valvoline for my oil changes for over a year now and each time the crew is polite and walks me through what’s up with my car. I’ve needed to call and ask questions about things going on with my vehicle and without fail the people make it easy for me to understand. They mean business and do the job right every time, definitely recommend coming here!

  The manager Joanne and her colleague Viktor went above and beyond to help us with a problem that we thought stemmed from our oil change the previous week. They were knowledgeable and skilled and even drove to our house to try to remedy the problem. After working on our van for an hour, they determined that the problem was with the intake hose - a situation unrelated to the prior oil change. They called the Mount Joy Valvoline/Auto Line and were able to set us up there for the repair work to be done. We could not be more grateful for their time and excellent customer service skills and kindness. We are more than satisfied with Valvoline. Thank you , Joanne and Viktor, for your work ethic and kind natures.
