Came in for an inspection after being turned away from my appointment with Meineke. The customer service here is incredible. They were not only able to complete the service, but were incredibly compassionate and kind. I highly recommend this location and company.

We all know the reputation that car mechanics have. Rough gruff and tough. Not overly friendly.... well my friends this place shatters that paradigm. For years I have taken my car here for oil changes and inspections. Everyone, every time, without exception is polite, helpful, professional. Its a level of service that shouldn't be remarkable but sadly is. I love going here because I know my car is going to be well taken care of but also because I genuinely enjoy interacting with the staff. As a business owner, I know this doesn't happen by accident. This takes training, dedication, and intentionality from the client facing staff and hiring management and HR team. Well done, you could put on a clinic.

The experience was perfect in every way except for the price. The staff was exceptional and courteous, especially Jay who was the gentleman who was directly working with me. My experience is alway wonderful at this shop and that is why I return there. I used a $15.00 coupon and yet the price for the oil change was still north of $150.00.

Great service during my inspection! I brought my car into The Lancaster Manheim Pike Valvoline for an inspection and had a great experience. The technician with the dreadlocks did an excellent job. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain what he was checking and what he found. He was friendly and efficient, and I never felt rushed or pressured into extra services. It's rare to find someone who takes that kind of care with your vehicle. Thanks for the great work. I'll definitely be coming back!

Mouthy and aggressive tech name is Eliud. Had two great prior experiences here. His aggressive words and head movements with “l’m never wrong” “we can sit here till 6.” This was due to him showing me the dipstick and it clearly not being on the top of the full mark. We waited, yes the oil drained down through the engine to the oil pan and came up but it took a few minutes. He knows that. There was zero reason for him to be aggressive about an oil level and try to push me out the door. It’s full or it’s not. Pretty simple. I would let an employee go like that.
