  I’ve been to quite a few Tommy’s locations in my travels and this one is hands down the best around. The difference is noticeable the second you pull onto the property. The entire site is always spotless, organized, and extremely well maintained. You can tell the team here actually takes pride in what they do. The employees are what really make this location stand out. Every single person I’ve interacted with has been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They keep the lines moving fast while still taking the time to answer questions and make customers actually feel welcomed. It’s rare to find a car wash where the staff consistently cares this much about quality and customer experience! The wash itself is superb. The tunnel equipment is clearly maintained well because my vehicle comes out cleaner here than at any other Tommy’s I’ve visited. The vacuums are always working properly, free towels and vacuume areas stay clean, and the overall experience just feels premium. The Willow street location I would say sets the standard for what a Tommy’s Express should be. If you want a wash that’s fast, high quality, professionally ran, and actually cared for by their employees, this is the place to go 100%.

  Always nice attending workers and great clean on my vehicle! The washing machine for mats is a major bonus as is the free vacuums!

  Just signed up for monthly. Perfect location, friendly staff, Elias was friendly and helpful. A must for your weekly routine.

  I come here regularly vacuum out my car (for free!) And get my car washed. They even have a free mat cleaner! Workers are nice and everything is easy to use.

  I would not recommend using this car wash. The front emblem of my 2021 volkswagen was made loose during the carwash and fell off during the blower section (The manager confirmed and told me they saw the piece fall off inside their car wash). Since the emblem came off during the blower section, they denied my claim by saying that it may have been loose before I arrived. This is not a piece that would come loose naturally. I do not recommend going here, as I suspect if anything does happen to your car they make it very difficult to approve a claim. If I had received all of the pieces back that their machine removed, I wouldn't be upset. However, I only got half the emblem back and now have to spend $100 on a replacement.
