The vacuums found crumbs that got lost during the Cretaceous Period! I can’t believe how good my car looks! - JPJordon Perez-RiveraAug 7, 20261.0UPDATE: Providing false insurance information to our insurance company and refusing to provide the video footage is extremely concerning. Your management acknowledged that the damage occurred in the car wash but denied responsibility because you claimed the part was “aftermarket.” This is a 2023 GMC Sierra Sherrod Edition, an upgraded vehicle purchased directly through GMC. The fender flare was part of that upgrade, not something we added ourselves. After attempting multiple times to resolve this directly and getting nowhere, we contacted West Lampeter Township Police and were advised to proceed with a civil suit. We have tried every reasonable avenue to resolve a $666.68 repair without taking it to court. Absolutely terrible experience, specifically with the Assistant Manager, Andrew. Took our special edition 2023 GMC Sierra through the wash, and it ripped off the fender flare around the tire. They have refused to take responsibility or do anything about the damage. The customer service has been terrible, including being hung up on when Andrew didn’t like what was being said back to him. HIGHLY do not recommend!!!!
