He was kind and very generous and helped fixed my flat tire. The service was excellent and satisfactory. I am very thankful that I decided to stop at Monro Auto Service! Companies need more employees like this!

Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area looking for service. Polite, prompt and affordable.

All in all, they were able to get the issue resolved as a walk-in within 30 minutes, which is unheard of at some of the larger auto shop chains. I experienced excellent customer service. They made it very clear that they cared about me as the customer and went above and beyond. Will absolutely be going back again for any auto repairs, inspections, etc. I cannot recommend Monro enough!!
